These TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Account Linking Terms and Conditions (these "Linking T&Cs") set out the terms and conditions that apply to the linking of your Tokopedia account with your TikTok Shop by Tokopedia account. The Linking T&Cs are subject to, and supplemental to, the TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Seller Terms of Service.

1. You must not link your Tokopedia account with any third party TikTok Shop by Tokopedia account. You represent and warrant that you are the sole owner and manager of the TikTok Shop by Tokopedia account that you link your Tokopedia account to (without any encumbrances or disputes with any third parties in relation to the same), and that you have all necessary rights, consents and authorisations to link the Tokopedia account to the TikTok Shop by Tokopedia account.
2. Upon linking the accounts, your product listings in your Tokopedia account will be automatically synced to your TikTok Shop by Tokopedia account, subject to policies and guidelines of TikTok Shop by Tokopedia.
3. Subject to clause 2, upon linking the accounts, you should continue to operate the TikTok Shop by Tokopedia account and Tokopedia account respectively.
4. You may link only one Tokopedia account to your TikTok Shop by Tokopedia account. Upon linking the accounts, you will not be able to de-link the accounts.
5. These Linking T&Cs are governed in accordance with, and all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Linking T&Cs shall be subject to the applicable 'Governing Law and Jurisdiction' provisions of the TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Seller Terms of Service.
