Fulfillment Policy
Starting from 24 February 2025, all sellers can mark your product as "pre-order". Pre-order goods are subject to an additional 3% pre-order service fee per product sold on TikTok Shop by Tokopedia.

What is the SLA period for shipping pre-order items?

Sellers are required to ship the product within a specific time frame. The pre-order SLA period ranges from a minimum of 3 calendar days to a maximum of 15 calendar days after the order is successfully placed by the customer.
Example: If the customer places an order on January 1, 2025, the seller must ship the product by January 3, 2025 at the earliest, and the latest shipment date is January 15, 2025.
If the seller does not ship the goods within the SLA period, the order will be automatically canceled by the system.

How do I mark a product as a "pre-order" product?

If you have the ability to mark your product as a "pre-order" product, you can do so by navigating the Seller Center as follows: Products > Manage Products > Edit > Sales Information > Pre-order image
