Note: Active product listings refer to the number of product listings that are visible to customers and available for purchase.

What if my product listings exceed the restrictions?

If the number of active product listings visible to customers and available for purchase exceeds the limit:

• The existing product listings in your shop will remain active, and will not be affected.
• You will not be able to add new products. Please remove some of your active product listings before you upload a new product.

How can I get a higher product listing limit?

You can increase your active product listing limit by joining seller programs such as Mall or Power Shop or by completing more orders.
