What is the Policy Quiz?

TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Policy Quiz is a feature that aims to help you better understand our platform policies. If you have accumulated Violation Points, you will get an opportunity to learn more about your violations and take quizzes to reduce your total Violation Points.

• Each type of policy violation may have its own quiz. For example, the quiz may be available for the following violations:
  • High Seller-fault Cancellation Rates
  • High Seller-fault Return and Refund Rates
  • Unsupported Products
  • Prohibited Products

What are the benefits of completing the Policy Quiz?

• 2 points will be deducted from your current violation points for perfect scores on each quiz.
• Each quiz will be available for 60 calendar days from the date the violation ticket was first issued.
• You will be able to offset a maximum of 2 Violation Points every 60 calendar days for each specific type of violation.

Accessing the Policy Quiz

You can access the quiz in the Shop Health section in the Seller Center.

• Go to your "Shop Health" page in the Seller Center
• Click on "Quiz benefit"

• Note: To view past quiz attempts and expired quizzes, click on "Your records"

You can also access the quiz through the received violation tickets

• If the violation has a quiz, you will see a "View quiz" option to go to the quiz page

Taking the Policy Quiz

• Click on "View policies" to watch a policy education video before attempting the quiz
• Click on "Start quiz" once you are ready to take the quiz

1. Who can take the Policy Quiz?
   1. All sellers who have received Violation Points can take the quiz to reduce their accumulated points.
2. How many questions are in each quiz?
   1. Each quiz will have 3 to 5 multiple-choice questions.
3. How many times can I take a quiz for each violation?
   1. Each quiz will only be available once every 60 calendar days.
4. Does the quiz expire?
   1. Yes. Each quiz will only be available from the date the violation ticket was first issued and will expire within 60 calendar days.
5. If I currently do not have any Violation Points left, will I still be able to earn points to offset any Violation Points I may accumulate in the future?
   1. No. However, you may save the quiz and attempt it later for any Violation Points you accumulate in the future, as long as the quiz has not expired.
6. Can I raise an appeal and complete the quiz at the same time?
   1. Yes. The outcome of an appeal and the quiz do not affect each other. If you pass a quiz, your total Violation Points will be reduced by 2 points. If your appeal is successful, all penalties will be revoked.
7. My appeal application was successful and my penalty was revoked. Can I still attempt the quiz to reduce my Violation Points?
   1. Yes. You may still attempt the policy quiz and reduce any remaining Violation Points.
