A failed return package is defined by one of the following two situations:
  • A package that was rejected by the seller
  • A package that has not been successfully delivered after three attempts
  1. What to do with a failed return package?
  • A package rejected by the seller - The platform will instruct the service provider to destroy the package
  • A package failed to be delivered - The platform will notify the seller that the package is to be destroyed. The contact information for the logistics service provider and a link to the service ticket portal will also be provided to the seller. Should the seller require the package, they can either contact the logistics service provider directly, or submit an online ticket within 7 days. If the seller takes no action or indicates that the package is no longer needed, the logistics service provider will destroy the package after 7 days.
