Platform Incentive Abuse

Platform incentive abuse occurs when a seller misuses incentives granted by us in order to gain a personal benefit (for example, an increase in order numbers or positive product reviews). Incentive abuse is not allowed on our platform.

What kinds of practices constitute platform incentive abuse?

  • Artificially inflating or manipulating product prices, whether by bundling products with services or otherwise
  • Deliberately misnaming, mislabelling or misdescribing products in order to list them under product categories in which they clearly do not belong
  • Engaging in pyramid selling or multi-level marketing behaviour

What happens if I breach these guidelines?
