Integration to Tokopedia App

Account Management
This feature guide is intended for TikTok Shop by Tokopedia sellers, both who don't have and already have shops in Tokopedia.
As part of our effort to give sellers more benefits, we are now activating the function of Integration to Tokopedia.
This will allow your products to appear and purchasable in Tokopedia automatically, while you can manage those orders from our upgraded Seller Center.

Seller AccountYou will only need to manage your account from the current Seller Center (which has been upgraded), but your shop information will appear on the Tokopedia appTokopedia & Shop Seller Centerimage
Shop Profile
  • Your Shop Name and Shop Logo will be visible on the Tokopedia app.
You currently cannot set different Shop Name and Logo between TikTok Shop and Tokopedia.

Product Listing
  • Your products will automatically appear and purchasable in the Tokopedia app. Set the product status to be inactive in Tokopedia if you wish to only sell those products in TikTok Shop.
  • When you add a new product, you can choose which platform to sell:
    • TikTok Shop and Tokopedia
    • TikTok Shop only
    • Tokopedia only
All product information such as name, description, stock, rating, review and price appear on the Tokopedia app will reflect the information from TikTok Shop. Once sellers make edits, it will reflect in real-time on Tokopedia app too

Order
  • You will be able to manage orders from both platforms on the Manage Orders page. Use the 'Purchased on' filter to identify order sources.
  • You can also differentiate the order sources from the Order Detail page under 'Purchased on' and view the order details.

Promotion
  • Your promotions will automatically appear in Tokopedia app as scheduled by the seller following the product listing platform.
  • When creating new promotions, you can review how the promotion will be displayed to customers on the promotion platform section.
    • The promotion can be displayed the same on both platforms
    • The promotion will appear differently on both platforms
    • The promotion will be displayed only on TikTok Shop
    • The promotion will be displayed only on Tokopedia
All promotion settings such as discount, total purchase limit, budget of the promotion will be the shared across platforms. Once the seller edits or deactivates the promotion on Tokopedia & Shop Seller Center, it will also reflect real-time on both Tokopedia and TikTok Shop apps.

CampaignJoined campaigns
  • Your current TikTok Shop campaigns are not affected and will continue to take effect on TikTok app as scheduled.
  • If your current campaign is for both platforms (Shop | Tokopedia & Tokopedia), integrated products on Tokopedia will automatically reflect the campaign price and campaign atmosphere.
    • Campaign atmosphere on Tokopedia is a case-by-case basis and may not be applicable for all dual platform campaigns.
Campaign Registration
  • Please check the platform label in the Campaign Details. For app-specific campaigns, the label will say 'TikTok Shop and/or Tokopedia,' and only products from this platform can be registered.
Manage Campaigns
  • Manage both platform campaigns directly in one seller center. Campaign management pages will have either Shop or Tokopedia Logo to indicate campaign platform.

AdsTikTok Shop Sellers Can Now Run Tokopedia Ads via TikTok Ads Manager, unlock the potential to engage with high-intent users and expand your reach like never before.To get started:
  1. Ensure your product listings are active on Tokopedia.
  2. In your Tokopedia & Shop Seller Center, go to the Shop Ads tab, click on Create Custom Shop Ads, select Product Sales as your advertising objective, then choose Product Shopping Ads and select Tokopedia as the new placement option. OR
  3. Log in to your TikTok Ads Manager, select the Product Sales as advertising objective, choose Product Shopping Ads, and select Tokopedia as the new placement option

Affiliate & CreatorYour existing affiliate products that are sold on both platform will automatically be available for creators to promote on Tokopedia through Open Collaboration and Target Collaboration. Products that are only available for sale on Tokopedia cannot be promoted through Target Collaboration. FAQ

  1. What if I already have a shop in Tokopedia and don't want my TikTok Shop products or even my account to appear in the Tokopedia app?

  1. Can I sell some products only to be available in the Tokopedia app?
    • Yes, you can upload a new product and choose Tokopedia-only as platform to publish, or
    • Deactivate existing Product Status through Manage Product page to only be available in Tokopedia
  2. What if I want to merge my shop from Tokopedia with TikTok Shop instead?
    • You can do integration from Tokopedia Seller Dashboard by binding your account. Check our guides for Shop Integration from Tokopedia Seller Dashboard, to merge the existing Tokopedia shop account with TikTok Shop.
    • The automated Integration to Tokopedia function from your shop in TikTok Shop will be auto-stopped after you do integration from Tokopedia side (if you bind the same account between Tokopedia & TikTok Shop.
  3. Why do economy orders have 2 different logistics partners to process my orders?
    • Unfortunately, this is due to different coverage areas and service offers of logistics partners. Therefore, Economy services will always have at least 2 logistics partners to manage your orders.
      • J&T Economy has outside Java coverage and supports both pickup and dropff
      • Wahana has inside Java and outside Java coverage and supports only dropoff
      • AnterAja has inside Java and outside Java coverage and supports only pickup
    • If you don't want to receive orders from Anteraja and Wahana, you can turnoff economy service in shipping options page. Learn more.
    • Important: once turned off, the service will turnoff for both Tokopedia and TikTok Shop orders.
