What is the "Lowest Price Guaranteed" tag?
We strive to provide a positive shopping environment in which customers can have confidence. This includes offering them the best deals during our campaigns (e.g. 11.11), which we hope to do through our new "Lowest Price Guaranteed" tag.The "Lowest Price Guaranteed" tag works as follows: if a customer buys a product with this tag on our platform but later finds the same product being sold at a lower price on another e-commerce platform (see FAQs below), we will compensate them the price difference up to IDR 250,000.
What are the benefits of the "Lowest Price Guaranteed" tag?
We believe the "Lowest Price Guaranteed" tag may help:- Increase customer trust and confidence in our marketplace; and
- Encourage them to buy more products from our sellers.
How does the "Lowest Price Guaranteed" tag work?
- Customers and sellers will be able to see the "Lowest Price Guaranteed" tag on the relevant product's Product Detail Page. Customers will also be able to see it on their Order Page and Order Summary Page. Sample images of these pages are below.
- The "Lowest Price Guaranteed" tag will only appear during campaign period (e.g. 11.11). Likewise, the "Lowest Price Guaranteed" programme will only apply during these campaigns.
- Important Note: For the 2023 Lunar New Year campaign, the tag will only appear from 23 to 27 January 2023. The programme will also only apply during this period.
- Customers can only claim compensation for a product if
- They bought it on our platform during our campaign period; and
- They found the same product being sold at a lower price on another e-commerce platform (see FAQs below) during the same campaign period.
- Customers have up to 6 days after the product has been delivered to submit their claim for compensation. They can submit up to 3 claims every month. Each claim can only be for one product.

- What form will the compensation take?
- We will issue the customer a voucher; its value will be the price difference (see section 1 above) up to IDR 250,000. The voucher will be valid for only 30 calendar days.
- Important Note: The seller does not need to contribute any amount to the compensation voucher issued to the customer.

- How will the price difference (see section 1 above) be calculated?
- It will be calculated by deducting the final amount the customer would have paid on the other e-commerce platform from the amount they paid on our platform. The amount the customer would have paid on the other e-commerce platform will include all discounts, vouchers, subsidies, etc. available to or used by the customer on that platform. The price difference/compensation amount will be capped at IDR 250,000.
- How can sellers get the "Lowest Price Guaranteed" tag for their products?
- At the moment, this feature is only available to selected sellers.
