How can I access Shipping Fee Discounts

To access shipping fee discounts, you must meet the following criteria:

• Completed the New Shop Adjustment Period
• Have a positive account balance (account balance above $0)

Sellers can create shipping discounts through Seller Center > Promotions > Promotional tools > Create Promotion > Shipping Fee Discount.

Will a negative account balance affect my current shipping discounts? No, your account balance will not impact active discounts, but you will be unable to publish new promotions.

No, currently the shop adjustment period is a fixed requirement.
