Why can't I locate the Appeal button on the "Manage Returns/Refunds" page?

If you're unable to find the Appeal button on the "Manage Returns/Refunds" page, it could be due to the following reasons:
  1. Order not eligible for appeal:
    • You can only initiate appeals for return orders in the following scenarios:
      1. Invalid arbitration decisions: If you believe an arbitration decision for a refund/return order was made unfairly, you can appeal this decision.
      2. Auto-approved refunds due to delayed deliveries: If a refund was automatically approved because of a delivery delay and you have valid reasons to contest it, you can file an appeal.
      3. Speedy refunds: When a refund is automatically processed after the return parcel is successfully dropped off, you can appeal if you disagree with this decision.
  2. Appeal window expired:
    • The appeal window remains open for 15 calendar days from the date the date that the refund is successful. If more than 15 days have passed, the appeal option will no longer be visible.
