What if the buyer returns incomplete, used, or incorrect items for a return/refund request?

  • No compensation for incorrect items returned by buyer: Buyers must ensure that they enclose the correct and original item when making a return.
    • If a buyer accidentally sends the wrong item, you should contact the buyer as soon as possible. The platform cannot guarantee that the item will be found and returned.
  • Handling incomplete, used, or incorrect returns:
    • Only applicable for Speedy Refund for drop-off returns: If you're dissatisfied with the returned products' condition, you can appeal by raising a ticket via the Help Center for us to investigate the issue.
    • Seller's responsibility: In cases where the returned product is incomplete or used, you should include clear evidence of the returned product's condition (e.g, photos, videos) in your appeal ticket.
