If the buyer requests a return, but the fruits are damaged, will I be eligible for compensation?

The fruit category is eligible for refunds only and is non-returnable. We will review and investigate the cause of any damage
Compensation will be provided if the damage is caused by over-time delivery (>5days from received to delivery) and the seller has complied with the mandatory fruit packaging requirements. Other cases will be assessed individually on a case-by-case basis.
