What happens if the buyer rejects the order or if the delivery fails?

Return & Refund PolicyManage Returns & Refunds
  1. Logistics service provider (LSP) will return the parcel back to you.
  2. In case of severe damage to the order, LSP will contact you to report the damage.
  3. If you confirm you no longer wish to receive the parcel, the LSP will change the parcel status to "Damaged/Scrap".
Please note: Compensation will be provided if the damage is caused by over-time delivery (>5days from received to delivery) and the seller has complied with the mandatory fruit packaging requirements. Other cases will be assessed individually on a case-by-case basis.
