If the parcel is damaged due to a fault by the logistics service provider (LSP), will I receive compensation?

After receiving evidence of damage, please provide the following:
  1. Pictures of the outer packaging, including the waybill number and any visible damage.
  2. Pictures of the damaged products clearly showing the extent of the damage.
Please note: Compensation will be provided if the damage is caused by over-time delivery (>5days from received to delivery) and the seller has complied with the mandatory fruit packaging requirements. Other cases will be assessed individually on a case-by-case basis.
