Ways to Sign Up for an Account:

Option 1 - Register with your TikTok Account

Step 2 - Upload 1 product

Tokopedia Shop Domain

Tokopedia shop domain is the link or URL contained in your seller account information. The function of shop domain is to direct buyers directly to your shop when they open the link. Shop domain will be applicable to sellers that have merged (term to use: gabungkan) their shop in Tokopedia with the one in ShopTokopedia.
Changing your Tokopedia Shop Domain

• Shop domain is auto-generated from your shop name to ensure uniqueness. Any changes made to shop names will result in a change in your shop domain
• Changes to the shop domain will be active within a maximum of 1 x 24 hours after you change it

Avoid changing your shop name & domain when the following applies:

1. Your shop is participating in a Tokopedia campaign.
   • Shops that are participating in Tokopedia campaigns such as Kejar Diskon, Flash Sale, or Diskon Toko should not change their shop name and domain. It is advised to change the store name and domain after the campaign ends.
2. Your shop is appearing on the Tokopedia home page.
   • If you are applying for your store to be displayed on the Home Page (Tokopedia Main Page), you should not change the name and domain of the store. If you still want to change it, make sure that your store is not being displayed on the home page, either in the Tokopedia campaign or in an exclusive display.

FAQ

1. Can login information be modified?

The login credentials can be modified by sellers themselves. But if sellers need to modify the contact information, please ask TikTok Shop Online Support for help.

• Login credentials (used for registration): Can be modified under the "account information" module

• Seller can modify it to another email address. E.g. Change emailA to emailB
• Seller can add another login method. E.g. Add a new phone number

• Contact details (filled in onboarding process): Autonomous modification is not supported for the time being. If sellers have a strong modification request, please submit a ticket or contact TikTok Shop Online Support for help.

2. What should I do if my documents got rejected in the verification process?

• If your application got rejected, please refer to the rejection reason in seller center and make corresponding adjustment

3. What if I mistakenly input a wrong phone number or email address when signing up?

• When seller registers, they'll need to input the OTP (verification code) to examine the correctness of the phone or email. You should change your information details if you didn't receive any OTP (verification code) from the system.
