What is TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Mall

TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Mall is a virtual shopping mall that features a curated selection of brands, reputable retailers, and qualified sellers. Sellers who qualify to sell products on TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Mall are referred to as TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Mall Sellers. TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Mall Sellers will have access to the following:

• A TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Mall badge and a badge of authenticity on their shop and all their products
• Higher visibility in the customer shopping journey
• Access to dedicated TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Mall campaigns and benefits programs

TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Mall Qualification Criteria

Sellers may apply for the Mall program upon meeting the eligibility criteria listed below. However, approval is subject to TikTok Shop’s sole discretion and is not guaranteed.

Order Fulfillment Requirements

All TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Mall sellers are subjected to the order fulfillment timelines outlined in our TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Customer Order Shipping Guidelines / Order Fulfillment Timelines article.

Return and Refund Requirements

15-day return & refund period: To enhance customer satisfaction, TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Mall sellers will be required to offer customers a 15-day return period for all products purchased via TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Mall. If a customer returns a product due to the seller's fault (such as "Wrong Product was Sent"), the return shipping fee will be charged to you. If the return is not due to the seller's fault (such as "No Longer Needed"), the return shipping fee will be charged to TikTok Shop by Tokopedia.For more information, including exceptions for different types of returns & refunds, please read our Returns & Refunds and Returns for items that are "No Longer Needed" articles.

Payment Settlement

The Extended Settlement Period will apply to TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Mall sellers who do not meet the Express Settlement Period criteria. Please see our Payment Settlement guide for more information.

Disqualification

You will be disqualified from being a TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Mall Seller if you are:

• Proven to have sold counterfeit items.
• Unable to provide valid documentation to establish brand ownership/authorization/authenticity of the products.
• Unable to meet any of the necessary criteria outlined in our TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Mall Policy.

Sellers are still able to operate as non-TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Mall sellers (subject to any other TikTok Shop by Tokopedia enforcement action that may be placed on the seller).Note: TikTok Shop by Tokopedia has sole and absolute discretion to determine whether a seller may be disqualified.
