How to Combine or Split Orders?

How to Combine Orders

  1. Go to Manage Orders
  2. Select multiple orders from the same buyer
  3. Click Combine Orders and Continue
  4. Confirm the shipping details and fulfill like normal

How to Split Orders

  1. Go to Manage Orders
  2. Click the order you want to split
  3. In the right panel, click Split Order
  4. Select the items to move into a new shipment
  5. Click Split Order to confirm
The new split package will appear in your order list as a separate line item. You can edit the shipment or track them independently.Full Guide to Split Orders read here

Review & Fulfillment – Combined vs Split

To review combined orders:

  • Use the filter "Combined Shipment"
  • View order list with merged tracking and shipping details
  • Fulfill as one package

To review split orders:

  • Filter using Split Order status
  • Each package has its own tracking number and fulfillment flow
