As a special limited time promotion, we, sellers of certain products on TikTok Shop, are offering you (buyers on TikTok Shop) a bundle offer where you can purchase a bundle of products at a discounted price (each, a “Bundle Deal” ).

1. The Bundle Offer may be valid for a limited time only. We reserve the right to cancel, modify or terminate the Bundle Offer at any time.
2. Bundle offerings may only be available in certain countries or regions. Bundle Offer Offers are void if merging is prohibited.
3. Not all buyers are eligible to purchase the Bundle Offer. If you have any questions regarding your eligibility, please contact our customer service department via our TikTok Shop Store page.
4. Not all products are eligible to participate in the Bundle Offer. Each product participating in the Bundle Offer will be marked “Bundle”. If the “Bundle” mark of a product is removed, the corresponding Bundle Offer is no longer available.
5. Each Bundle Offer has a set price.
6. Each Bundle Offer is for specific products that have been selected by us. However, you may still choose the color, size or other specifications (where available) of the products in a Bundle Offer.
7. Each Bundle Offer offered by us is valid only for the participating products sold by us. The offer does not apply to the same product sold by other sellers or traders.
8. There may be a set limit to the quantity of Bundle Offer products that you can purchase, and this will be indicated by us through the instructions shown on the TikTok Platform interface.
9. When you access the “Product Description” page of a product participating in the Bundle Offer, the other participating products in the Bundle Offer will be shown in a separate column entitled “Bundle” on the “Product Description” page. You may only purchase products that participate in a Bundle Offer at the price set at a discount for that Bundle Offer by adding participating products via the “Bundle” column on the “Product Description” page. If the participating products are not added according to the conditions above, the discounted price will not apply even if you have added all the products participating in a Bundle Offer to your Shopping Cart.
10. In addition, all participating products of a Bundle Offer must be purchased for you to purchase at the price set for the Bundle Offer. For example, if you remove one of the products participating in a Bundle Offer from your Shopping Cart, you will not be able to purchase those products at the price set at the discounted price for the Bundle Offer. If a product participating in a Bundle Offer is sold out or otherwise unavailable, that Bundle Offer is not available.
11. The Bundle Offer may or may not be used in conjunction with any promotions, offers, rebates, coupons, vouchers provided by us or the TikTok Shop. You can check the concurrent usage possibilities, check the final price and use the different promotional or discount options available to you on the “Checkout Details” page.
12. All products participating in a Bundle Offer must be purchased in a single order and shipped to a single address. Shipping charges will apply separately to all Bundle Offer orders.
13. We may limit the total number of Bundle Offers you can purchase. If you add certain participating products from a Bundle Offer to your Shopping Cart but you have exceeded that limit, those products will no longer be available for purchase at a discounted price for the Bundle Offer. Whether the product is available for you to purchase as a Bundle Offer at a set price at a discount or not will be shown on your “Shopping Cart” page.
14. You may return a participating product from a Bundle Offer in full or in part. A refund will be issued to you at the individually discounted price in the Bundle Offer that you paid for the product. As noted above, you may only purchase a limited number of Bundle Offers from us. If you successfully return all products in a Bundle Offer in a batch or batches, the returned purchase will not count as one purchase of the Bundle Offer for purposes of calculating the limit on the number of Bundle Offers you can purchase. If you return only a portion of the participating products from a Bundle Offer, your purchase will still count as one purchase of the Bundle Offer for purposes of calculating that limit regardless of the return. In addition to the above, returns and refunds on participating products from the Bundle Offering are subject to the same returns and refund policies as any other product.
15. If you abuse any Bundle Offering in any way (including without limitation in a fraudulent manner or in any other unlawful way), we may stop providing you with any Bundle Offering.
16. Bundle Offers are offered to you by us, not TikTok Shop! All disputes arising out of or in connection with the Bundle Offer must be resolved between you and us.
17. We may change these terms and conditions at our absolute discretion from time to time.
