Introduction to Seller Fees

Starting from 00:00, August 11th 2025, Jakarta time (GMT+7), the platform introduces the Order Processing Fee, charged to all Tokopedia sellers who have integrated, and all sellers on TikTok Shop by Tokopedia.

Overview

This article introduces sellers to compulsory fees charged to them for sales on the platform.
Compulsory Seller Fees
Description
Platform Commission Fee
An amount charged for each successful order, based on rates that differ for each product sub-category.
From September 1st, 2024, the Commission Fee is different for Mall sellers and Marketplace sellers.
  • On top of this, a pre-order service fee is charged if the product is pre-ordered on TikTok Shop by Tokopedia.
Mall Service Fee
An amount charged for processing successful Mall orders.
Dynamic Commission Fee
An amount charged for each successfully delivered product from June 10th, 2025, for platform-wide benefits such as Xtra Shipping Voucher, capped at Rp 40000 per item.
Order Processing Fee
A fixed amount of Rp 1250 charged for each order from August 11th, 2025, for the processing of said order on the platform.

Platform Commission Fee

After an order is successfully delivered to customers, the platform will automatically deduct a fee from the final order/payout settlement. This is the Platform Commission Fee, and is charged based on rates that differ for each product sub-category. It is different for Marketplace Sellers and Mall Sellers.
The Platform Commission Fee Rate by product cluster (tax inclusive) is:

*All product sub-category with a Marketplace Commission Rate of 10.00% will enjoy a 20% commission discount. In other words, their effective Commission Rate is 8.00%.

How is the Platform Commission Fee calculated?

Marketplace Commission Fee = (Item price - Seller discount) * Fee rate

Pre-order Service Fee

On top of the Platform Commission Fee by product category, all pre-order goods are subject to another 3% pre-order service fee per product sold. This applies to all pre-order products placed on TikTok Shop by Tokopedia.

Mall Service Fee

After an order is successfully delivered to customers, the platform will automatically deduct a fee from the final order/payout settlement from Mall Sellers. This is the Mall Service Fee, and is charged for all successfully processed Mall orders on the platform.
The Mall Service Fee rate is 1.8% (Tax inclusive) and is capped at Rp50.000 per product sold.

Dynamic Commission Fee

From 00:00, June 10th 2025, Jakarta time (GMT+7), after an order is successfully delivered to customers, the platform will automatically deduct a fee from the final order/payout settlement, in order to re-invest into platform-wide benefits for sellers, including Xtra Voucher Shipping Fee. This is the Dynamic Commission Fee, and is charged based on rates that differ for each product sub-category

Order Processing Fee

From 00:00, August 11th 2025, Jakarta time (GMT+7), after an order is successfully delivered to customers, the platform will automatically deduct a fee from the final order/payout settlement for the processing of the order on the platform. This is the Order Processing Fee.
The Order Processing Fee is fixed Rp1250 per successfully delivered order.
