What are the requirements for Toko Kapital?

You must be an Indonesian citizen, aged 18-50, steady income, have E-KTP., and have a bank account in your personal name.

How to apply for Toko Kapital?

To begin the Toko Kapital application process, click on the entry point for the application and enter your phone number. Once you have submitted your phone number, wait for the verification code to be sent to your mobile device. Input the verification code along with your password.
Next, provide your personal information and upload a photo ID. You will then need to complete a facial verification process. After that, add your savings account details and await the assessment process.
Finally, select the loan amount and loan tenure that suit your needs and submit your loan application

Why was my loan declined?

Your application cannot be approved at this time because your current credit score does not meet AdaKami’s requirements. Please update your information and submit the required documents so you can apply again in the future.

How to check & know the loan approval status?

The results of the loan approval status can be seen on the Modal Toko home page.

How long will it take to process the loan application?

The loan application review process is conducted within 48 hours of receipt of the application from the prospective borrower.

Why haven't I received the loan disbursement in my account?

Please allow up to 24 hours for the funds to be transferred to your bank account after your loan application is approved. If you do not receive the funds within 24 hours, please contact AdaKami Customer Service at 1500077.

How to increase the credit limit given?

Your credit limit is determined based on your credit score and the information from a risk assessment. A positive repayment history can help increase your limit.

Can I change the terms and interest rate after applying for a loan?

Once you have applied for a loan, you cannot change the loan terms or interest rate. These are set based on your qualifications and cannot be adjusted afterward.

Can I cancel my loan after a successful application?

Once your loan application is approved and the funds have been deposited into your bank account, the loan cannot be canceled. It becomes irrevocable, and even customer service cannot cancel it.

Repayment

How can I make a repayment?

You can make loan payments through ATM, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, and Bank Transfers from Bank Permata, BNI, Mandiri, Danamon, CIMB and also Alfamart by making payment to the Virtual Account (VA) number provided on the AdaKami page. Please follow the payment instructions outlined on the AdaKami page.

What is the payment date?

The payment date displayed on the Shop Modal page is based on Western Indonesia Time (WIB). Please be mindful of your local time zone to avoid any delays in payment.

Please provide an example of the repayment fees.

For a loan of Rp 16,500,000 with a term of 12 months, the fees charged are as follows:
Service fee: The service is calculated as 3% of the loan amount , which in this case is 495,000 IDR. (3% *Rp 16,500,000= 495,000 IDR)
Fixed Stamp duty: 10,000 IDR
Interest fee per term: (16,500,000- 495,000)*36%/ 360 * 30 = 480,150 IDR
Total Interest fee: (16,500,000- 495,000)*36%/ 360 * 30 *12 = 5,761,800 IDR

Why has my billing status not been updated even though I've made a payment?

Please allow up to 24 hours for your payment to be updated in the application. If your billing status has not been updated after 24 hours, please contact us via email at hello@cs.adakami.id or via WhatsApp at 628118498186. Please include your phone number, NIK KTP, proof of payment, and the amount paid when contacting us.
