What are the requirements for Toko Kapital?
You must be an Indonesian citizen, aged 18-50, steady income, have E-KTP., and have a bank account in your personal name.How to apply for Toko Kapital?
To begin the Toko Kapital application process, click on the entry point for the application and enter your phone number. Once you have submitted your phone number, wait for the verification code to be sent to your mobile device. Input the verification code along with your password.Next, provide your personal information and upload a photo ID. You will then need to complete a facial verification process. After that, add your savings account details and await the assessment process.
Finally, select the loan amount and loan tenure that suit your needs and submit your loan application
Why was my loan declined?
Your application cannot be approved at this time because your current credit score does not meet AdaKami’s requirements. Please update your information and submit the required documents so you can apply again in the future.How to check & know the loan approval status?

Your credit limit is determined based on your credit score and the information from a risk assessment. A positive repayment history can help increase your limit.Can I change the terms and interest rate after applying for a loan?
Once you have applied for a loan, you cannot change the loan terms or interest rate. These are set based on your qualifications and cannot be adjusted afterward.Can I cancel my loan after a successful application?
Once your loan application is approved and the funds have been deposited into your bank account, the loan cannot be canceled. It becomes irrevocable, and even customer service cannot cancel it.Repayment
How can I make a repayment?
You can make loan payments through ATM, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, and Bank Transfers from Bank Permata, BNI, Mandiri, Danamon, CIMB and also Alfamart by making payment to the Virtual Account (VA) number provided on the AdaKami page. Please follow the payment instructions outlined on the AdaKami page.What is the payment date?

For a loan of Rp 16,500,000 with a term of 12 months, the fees charged are as follows:Service fee: The service is calculated as 3% of the loan amount , which in this case is 495,000 IDR. (3% *Rp 16,500,000= 495,000 IDR)
Fixed Stamp duty: 10,000 IDR
Interest fee per term: (16,500,000- 495,000)*36%/ 360 * 30 = 480,150 IDR
Total Interest fee: (16,500,000- 495,000)*36%/ 360 * 30 *12 = 5,761,800 IDR

Why has my billing status not been updated even though I've made a payment?
Please allow up to 24 hours for your payment to be updated in the application. What is Toko Kapital and how does it work?Toko Kapital is a working capital loan facility for TikTok Shop Sellers to support business growth. After registration and activation, Sellers can withdraw funds up to the credit limit granted by the Partner. The funds can be used for purchasing Ads credits or increasing inventory and product variations. Sellers may withdraw funds anytime while the credit limit remains active, and interest is charged only on the withdrawn amount, with an administrative fee applied. The application process is completed within the Tokopedia platform in approximately one minute by uploading an ID (KTP). Verification is required only during the first application, and every withdrawal is secured with OTP verification.What is a credit limit and is it the same as a loan?A credit limit is the maximum amount a Seller can borrow, ranging from IDR 250,000 to IDR 250,000,000 for GoPay Pinjam partners. The limit is determined by the Partner based on eligibility assessment. A credit limit is different from a loan, as Sellers can withdraw starting from IDR 200,000 per transaction up to the approved limit.
Who determines the credit limit and can it be changed?The credit limit is determined solely by registered lending Partners supervised by OJK based on their internal assessment parameters. The limit cannot be changed upon request.
Are there any fees for using Toko Kapital?Interest fees are charged by the Partner based on each Seller’s risk profile, starting from 2% to 6% of the transaction value. Interest applies only to withdrawn amounts, and a 3% administrative fee applies.
How do I apply and how long does it take?Sellers can access Toko Kapital from the Finance page, select a Partner, activate the facility, complete face verification, and upload a clear ID photo. Applications are processed within a maximum of three working days. Applications cannot be canceled while under review.
Why can my application be rejected or documents unreadable?Applications may be rejected if submitted data cannot be validated, the ID photo is unclear, the selfie does not match the ID, credit history does not meet requirements, or other eligibility criteria are not fulfilled. Sellers can contact Customer Support for further assistance.
How do I withdraw funds and how long does it take?Sellers can select Withdraw Funds, enter the loan amount and tenor, confirm bank details, input OTP, and complete document signing. Funds are disbursed within a maximum of 1x24 hours after contract signing and transferred to the registered bank account.
Why did my credit limit decrease?Partners periodically review credit limits based on performance and internal evaluation parameters. Maintaining good store performance may help maintain or increase the limit.
How does the payment and due date system work?Payments can be made through the Toko Kapital page by selecting the bill and payment method. Payments are available anytime except during daily system maintenance from 00:00–01:00. Withdrawals before 15 June 2022 follow the old system with due dates calculated 30 days from disbursement, while withdrawals after that date follow the new system with one consolidated monthly due date. Due dates are informed via email and displayed on the platform.
What happens if I miss a payment?Late payment penalties apply starting one day after the due date, remaining credit limits may be frozen, withdrawals may be disabled, and the Partner may report overdue payments to regulators or credit agencies and conduct collection actions according to the terms and conditions.
Why does my bill still appear after payment?If the bill still appears after payment, please wait up to 1x24 hours for verification and check the financial dashboard regularly. If the issue persists, contact Customer Support with your Loan ID, email, and proof of payment.
