What is the Power Shop Programme?

Power Shop is a program meant to highlight and empower sellers who have performed exceptionally on TikTok Shop by Tokopedia. Eligible sellers will receive a badge on their shop which will set them apart from others, allowing customers to easily identify top-performing shops!
Note: If you are a TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Mall seller, you will not be able to receive a Power Shop badge as well, as you will have a Mall badge instead.

Sellers who become a part of Power Shop Seller will receive a distinguished badge that represents our top marketplace sellers, enhancing their visibility to customers. Customers will be able to see the Power Shop badge throughout the platform, as seen in the screenshots below.

How can I obtain the Power Shop Badge?

You can actively assess your eligibility for the Power Shop Program by navigating to the dedicated Power Shop module within the Seller Center (Seller Center > Growth > Power Shop). This intuitive interface outlines the specific criteria that need to be fulfilled and displays the eligibility status for each month throughout the program.

When will I be assessed for my badge?

To be eligible for the Power Shop badge on the following month, you will need to meet the eligibility criteria from the 26th of the previous month, to the 25th of the current month.

What do I need to do to join the Power Shop program?

• You do not need to sign up or register for the program. TikTok Shop by Tokopedia will assess seller performance monthly for eligibility.

I currently have a Power Shop badge. What happens if I fail to meet the Power Shop Program criteria this month?

• The Power Shop program rewards consistent performance. If you fail to meet the criteria, you will lose your Power Shop badge in the following month. If your performance improves, you will gain your Power Shop badge again in the next month.

Why did I lose my Power Shop badge despite hitting the qualification criteria？

• You may be qualifying for the Power Shop badge in the next month, but you may not have met the criteria over the previous month. When reviewing your performance on the Power Shop page, do pay attention to the assessment period.

Why can't I see any data on the Power Shop page?

• You may be a TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Mall seller. Since each seller can only have one badge, you will not see any information on the Power Shop page in Seller Center if you are a TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Mall seller.

I am a Mall seller. Why couldn't I see any data shown on Power Shop page via seller center?

• The Mall Seller Program and the Power Shop Seller Program are designed for different types of sellers. Since each seller can only receive one badge, the Power Shop seller page in Seller Center is not visible to Mall sellers.
