What is Order Processing Fee

The Order Processing Fee is an amount that the platform charges all sellers in Indonesia for the processing of the order on the platform. The Order Processing Fee is in place to strategically expand Tokopedia and TikTok Shop shipping free program and enhance its comprehensive logistics services throughout Indonesia. The expansion of shipping free program will benefit sellers, by increasing their visibility and sales through more attractive shipping options to a wider customer base. This lays the foundation for sustainable growth and strengthens the value delivered to Tokopedia and TikTok Shop consumers and sellers.
The fee is charged starting from 00:00, August 11th 2025, Jakarta time (GMT+7).
The Order Processing Fee is charged for all successfully delivered orders. The Order Processing Fee for orders which have been successfully delivered but later returned or refunded, will not be refunded to sellers.

How much is the Order Processing Fee

The Order Processing Fee is fixed at Rp1250 (tax inclusive) per successfully delivered order, regardless of how many items are placed under the order

Waiver policy

New sellers on the platform will enjoy their first 50 orders with 0 Order Processing Fee. The waiver will be provided as a one-time fee rebate at the end of each month, unless a different mechanism is communicated to the sellers.

  1. Who will be charged the Order Processing Fee?
  • All Tokopedia sellers who have integrated and all sellers on TikTok Shop by Tokopedia in Indonesia are charged the Order Processing Fee for successfully delivered orders.
  • Orders which have been successfully delivered, if later returned or refunded, will still be charged the Order Processing Fee.
The Order Processing Fee charges will be deducted directly from the order settlement.
Yes. The Order Processing Fee fixed at Rp1250 is inclusive of tax.
  1. How will sellers be charged the Order Processing Fee?
  2. Is the Order Processing Fee inclusive of tax?
  3. What does the refund process look like?
  • The Order Processing Fee can only be refunded to sellers if the order has not been delivered successfully. Once delivered successfully, regardless of later returns/refunds for the order, the Order Processing Fee for that order will not be refunded to sellers.
  • For orders that are not yet successfully delivered,
    • If the entire order is refunded, the full Order Processing Fee will be refunded to the seller.
    • If part of the order is refunded, the Order Processing Fee will not be refunded to the seller.
