Service Scope
2.1 Seller and product scope
For now, eligible sellers will be invited to join the installation service. Supportable category and price can refer to:2.2 Area scope

2.3 Installation timeframe
- Monday to Sunday: 8:00~21:00
- The earliest date installation can be scheduled is the next day after delivery (for packages signed before 16:00), and the latest installation completion time is the 7th day after delivery.

3.1 Buyers enjoy the free installation service. If the buyer needs to purchase additional materials or services, they can pay to the installer offline.
- Installation fee: Shop Tokopedia is currently sponsoring customers for installation fees, so buyers do not pay any fees to the platform. The scope of free installation service can refer to the file below
- Installation additional material or service cost: Buyers pay directly to the installer according to the actual cost when the installation is completed. This cost is an agreement between the customer and the installation service provider. Shop Tokopedia is not responsible or jointly responsible for this cost. Buyer can refer to the file below.
3.2 Installation warranty
Buyers could contact the platform customer service for warranty support.
- Air conditioner maintenance 30 days, excluding product defects, misuse, or power/water-related issues.
- If the maintenance request is raised within 7 days after installation, repair service can be arranged within 48hours
- If the maintenance request is raised 7 days after installation, repair service can be arranged within 1 week.
- Other categories' installation maintenance 7 days, excluding product defects, misuse, or power/water-related issues.
3.3 User experience will be guaranteed
If the buyer encounters the following situations, they can contact platform customer service for compensations.- Damage caused by installation
- Random charges
- No installation service provided or provided beyond the agreed time
3.4 Exemption for installation cancellations/delays due to consumer reasons/force majeure
- Responsibility Allocation:
- Consumer reasons include but are not limited to:
- If the environment of buyer address does not allow the service provider to provide installation services, such as debris in the hallway, the width and height of the entrance door, hallway, elevator, etc., make it impossible to move, and the installation service cannot be carried out.
- Change shipping address, unknown address, incorrect address.
- Unable to contact consumers or install when there is no one at home for home delivery.
- Consumers request to reschedule installation or cancel installation appointments.
- The installer arrives at the agreed time, but the consumer requests to stop the installation due to personal reasons.
- Installation environments do not support installation, including but are not limited to electrical environments, washing machine drainage conditions do not meet, non-flat placement, special wall drilling, etc.
- Special addresses that do not allow service personnel to enter such as schools, units, or residential areas, resulting in delayed installation or inability to install.
- Objective situations where force majeure affects installation time and causes installation delays include:
- Control or interruption of national or regional air or ground transportation systems (such as weather reasons), or interference or failure of communication systems, or government actions, wars, earthquakes, typhoons, floods, fires, heavy fog, heavy rain, epidemics, and other similar events.
