What are Prohibited Products?

We cares about the safety of its customers. To promote a secure and positive shopping environment, we prohibit the sale of certain products on our platform.

Prohibited products are types of products that are banned by local law/regulation or not allowed for sale on our platform. Accordingly, sellers are strictly prohibited from listing, sharing, or promoting prohibited products on our platform.

Products that Facilitate Illegal Activity or Dishonest Behavior

This category includes products that may not be compliant with local laws, regulations, product qualifications, certifications, technical standards, or standard requirements, products that may not be lawfully imported into the country where the buyer is located, counterfeit or fraudulent in nature, or infringe upon intellectual property rights.

Products that may facilitate illegal activities and dishonest behaviour include but are not limited to:
- Falsified documents, certificates, official seals, or anti-counterfeiting labels such as identification cards, passports, immigration papers, driving licenses, degrees, certificates and business licenses

Unlabelled and Repacked Consumer Goods

There are various other products that are prohibited from sale. This includes but is not limited to:

Any coins or paper money (whether collectable or circulating) that have a legal tender status in any country
Equipment designed to create counterfeit coins, stamps, or paper money
Products that violate the intellectual property rights of brands or other rights owners
Counterfeit products
Counterfeit coins and paper money
Conflict minerals (natural sources extracted in a conflict zone and sold to perpetuate fighting)
Conflict diamonds (diamonds mined in war zones and sold to finance an insurgency)
Embargoed, mislabelled, or expired products
Stolen goods that are not the property of the seller, or were obtained through illegal means

We reserve the right to judge whether or not a listing is appropriate. If we determine that a product is prohibited, potentially illegal, or inappropriate, we may remove it from our platform.

What Happens if I List Prohibited Products?

We may audit product listings at any time and take enforcement actions against sellers who violate our guidelines. Some of the enforcement actions we may take are:

Rejecting product listings.
Delisting products from the seller's shop.
Assigning violation points to a seller's shop. Accumulating a certain number of violation points may result in the revocation of a seller's privileges.

What are Unsupported Products?

We care about the safety of its customers. To promote a secure and positive shopping environment for all users, we prohibit the sale of Unsupported Products on our platform.

Unsupported products are classes/types of products that are not allowed to be sold on our platform. They include products such as medicine, alcohol, tobacco, services, and other types of products outlined in the table below. While sellers may have the necessary qualifications or permissions to sell these products locally, we do not currently support their sales on our platform. Accordingly, sellers are prohibited from listing, sharing, or promoting Unsupported Products on our platform.

The following product types are not supported on our platform due to safety, legal, or policy concerns. This includes but is not limited to:

Child Safety Risks
Randomized Sales
Supernatural Content
Dangerous Substances
Magnetic Components

High powered laser pointers
Lighters which are potentially appealing to children (e.g. novelty lighters) or which are not equipped with a child resistant mechanism
Tongue stud guns, earring guns, nose ring guns and other skin piercing tools
Tattoo machines, tattoo needles, tattoo paints and other tattoo-related tools. Does not include temporary tattoos.
Mystery Boxes (including but not limited to, surprise boxes, mystery pouches, mystery bundles, or any products of the like) that allow customers to receive random products.
Products are distributed through a random draw (e.g., via scooping games or raffles) from a pool of items.
Products and services that involve the following:
- Supernatural and mystical topics
- Black magic or witchcraft
Defective Products
Fireworks/firecrackers. This includes but is not limited to skyrockets, flares, sparklers.
Flammable gases. This includes but is not limited to fire extinguishers, butane lighters, lighter refill gas, liquid petroleum gas, butane gas, and other flammable gases.
Flammable liquids. This includes but is not limited to, kerosene, thinner, isopropyl alcohol, ethanol alcohol, acetone, turpentine, and other flammable liquids.
Flammable Solid. This includes but is not limited to, lighters/firestarters, matches, aluminium powder, metal powder, flint and lighter wicks.
Oxidizing substances and organic peroxides. This includes but is not limited to hydrogen peroxide, potassium permanganate, potassium chlorate, ammonium nitrate fertilizers.
Chloroform, chlorine, infectious and/or biological substances.
Corrosive substances. This includes but is not limited to nitric acid, sodium hypochlorite, sulfuric acid, sodium hydroxide/caustic soda.
Dry ice
Products that contain large quantities of magnetic balls or cubes (for example nanodots, buckyballs, magnet balls)

What Happens if I List Unsupported Products?

We may audit product listings at any time and take enforcement actions against sellers who violate our guidelines. Some of the enforcement actions we may take are:

Rejecting product listings.
Delisting products from the seller's shop.
Assigning violation points to a seller's shop. Accumulating a certain number of violation points may result in the revocation of a seller's privileges.
