The first commission is between the sellers and the creator: Sellers create the Shop|Tokopedia affiliate plans and establish commission-based cooperation with TikTok creators to promote and sell their brands or products. In general terms, creators help sellers promote their products, and creators get a certain percentage of income for each product sold. Through the affiliate plans, sellers can find the right people to promote their brands, which will give them better exposure and increase their sales. However, any products that weren't in the affiliate plans won't and can't be included in the creator's short video and LIVE.
The second one is between the Seller and Shop|Tokopedia platform, where the marketplace commission fee pertains to the amount charged to all sellers (both local-to-local and cross-border sellers) based on the price of the product. Shop|Tokopedia will automatically deduct the commission fee from the final order or payout settlement once the order is successfully delivered to the buyer.
