This process may require sellers to submit documents including but not limited to mandatory attributes, certifications, testing reports, or other regulatory documentation.
  4. Invite-only Product: Specific product categories that sellers can only sell if they have been onboarded through an "invite-only" process.

The payment settlement period (or settlement period) is the amount of time from the day an order is delivered, to the day funds are released to a seller for any completed order(s). There are several types of settlement periods that can be applied to a seller's shop.
The following are the payment settlement period Service Level Agreements (SLA) effective for sellers that have merged their Tokopedia and TikTok Shop accounts. These SLAs depend on whether your order is from Tokopedia or TikTok Shop.

Notes:
  • Instant Settlement Period will be there if buyers press the order complete button (only for orders coming from Tokopedia).
  • Standard Settlement Period applies by default to all shops that are not part of Mall program.
  • Express Settlement Period to all sellers (both Mall and non-Mall sellers) if they fulfill the criteria for it.
  • Extended Settlement Periods will apply if sellers are part of Mall in a given week and fail to qualify for Express Settlement in that month.
