Corporate Sellers

• You will need to apply to be a corporate seller if you represent a legally incorporated company or business registered with the Indonesian Investment Ministry.
• One verified business entity can only register up to five (5) seller accounts on TikTok Shop by Tokopedia.
• Please ensure the name you use to register with TikTok Shop by Tokopedia is the same person identified as the company representative in any business license(s) or certificate(s) where applicable.
• Please ensure the business scope and operating validity period you select during TikTok Shop by Tokopedia registration match the information contained in any business license(s) or certificate(s) where applicable.

Individual Sellers

• If you are not a business registered with the Indonesian Investment Ministry, you will need to apply as an individual seller.
• Individual sellers must be Indonesian citizens holding government-issued identification documents.
• You must be at least 18 years old.

What would render me ineligible to register as a seller?

• If you or any of your businesses are currently under investigation or subject to enforcement actions by trade or consumer protection authorities, you will not be eligible to register as a seller until the investigation concludes or the enforcement actions expire.
