Featuring Prohibited & Unsupported Products in Content

Creators must refrain from featuring or promoting prohibited or unsupported products in their content. All products displayed or featured in content must comply with all local laws, regulations, and our TikTok Community Guidelines. Additionally, creators must conduct due diligence to ensure they have obtained the necessary approvals to promote products in their content, and comply with all local laws and regulations governing the promotion of the featured products.

Circumventing Content Restrictions

Creators should not attempt to bypass ShopTokopedia product listing or content policies. When livestreaming or creating a video, ensure that your content clearly displays the featured products and the products are the same as those listed in the linked or associated product listings. You must not engage in product listing circumvention practices such as: Note: Sellers or creators who are found concealing products that do not match their listings, selling products that do not comply with our product listing guidelines, or engaging in product listing circumvention behaviour related to branded products or intellectual property rights may be subject to additional or increased enforcement actions.

What happens if I breach these guidelines?

If you are found to violate these guidelines, you may have enforcement actions taken against your account. You should note that repeated offenses will result in more significant penalties.
