Data Overview

Summary

This article outlines all the different types of analytic pages accessible via Data Compass on Seller PC, where to navigate to these pages, how to utilise the analytics provided and the types of data sources available for each respective page.
Data Compass is the main hub for sellers to check all shop-relevant performance data namely 7 main data categories: Home, Growth & Insights, LIVE & Video, Product Card, Product, Marketing and Post Purchase. View the chart below to understand the breakdown of main category, sub category and analytics pages.

!! For sellers who are operating on both ShopTokopedia and Tokopedia, please note:

  1. A new data source filter is available at the top of selected analytics pages on Data Compass.
    1. This data source filter allows sellers to select the type of data they'd like to view and analyse:
      1. ShopTokopedia data, or
      2. Tokopedia data

    1. Reflect data from ShopTokopedia only
    2. Have a ticker displayed to remind sellers of the type of data available on this page

  1. Based on your seller type:
[For ShopTokopedia Sellers that already have an existing shop on Tokopedia] In order to access both ShopTokopedia and Tokopedia data on the selected analytics pages, sellers would need to have completed the full integration process as below:
  • Done account binding
  • Done account integration
    [For ShopTokopedia sellers who do not have an existing shop on Tokopedia] Sellers can immediately access Tokopedia data on the selected analytics pages without needing to complete account binding or account integration. This is due to the default integration function to Tokopedia that has replicated ShopTokopedia sellers products' onto Tokopedia. For more information on integration function to Tokopedia, read here.
    1. For Tokopedia data shown on Data Compass:
      1. There is no historical data backfilled from Tokopedia
      2. It is based on new transactional data from Tokopedia starting from 0, after seller has completed the full integration criteria as above.

These product cards have potential for higher conversion or exposure, sellers can prioritise the optimisation of these product cards for improved performance.

    [FAQs: Viewing data via Tokopedia platform]

    1. I have completed the account binding and account integration process. Can I still view my performance on Tokopedia after integration?
    If you have fully completed the full integration process below, you will not be able to view updated performance on Tokopedia. However, you can still access Tokopedia to get historical performance prior to your account integration. Please see below:

    • Tokopedia Seller Analytics will not be updated and will showcase the latest data that they receive prior to account integration
    • Sellers can still download and check the historical performance of Tokopedia data on Tokopedia
    1. What are the Wawasan pages on Tokopedia that will no longer be updated once sellers have completed the full integration process?
    All Wawasan pages will no longer be updated and a ticker will be displayed on top of the page as a reminder that sellers can check their Tokopedia data via selected analytics pages on Tokopedia & Shop Seller Center Data Compass.

    [FAQs: Viewing data via Data Compass]

    1. I have completed the account binding and account integration process. However, I'm unable to view any data from Tokopedia order transactions on Data Compass. Why is that?
    The data from any Tokopedia order transactions may take up to 2 working days to reflect onto Data Compass as the system is still processing your account integration. Rest assured, while the data is temporarily unavailable, it is not an indication of any order processing issues.
    1. What are the selected analytics pages where the data source filter is currently applicable for selection of Tokopedia or ShopTokopedia data?

    1. Will the data source filter be made available for other Data Compass pages?
    We will keep you updated again if/when the data filter is available on other Data Compass pages in the future.
    1. I do not want to integrate the data from both platforms and wish to continue viewing Tokopedia data on Tokopedia. Can I choose not to bind my account and continue viewing both shop performance data separately?
    It is recommended for sellers to complete their account binding process earlier and start to familiarise themselves more with the ShopTokopedia interface, whilst benefiting from the ease and convenience of logging into 1 platform to monitor 2 shop performances.
    Should sellers choose not to integrate their account, they will be able to continue accessing Tokopedia seller analytics until these pages until further notice.
    1. What are the data pages on Data Compass that are similar to Tokopedia's Wawasan pages?
    No.Tokopedia Wawasan PagesData Compass Pages
