This article explains the Xtra Boost Program Pro (XBP Pro) and how it can enhance your selling journey by further encouraging customers on both ShopTokopedia and Tokopedia platforms to make purchases.

What is the Xtra Boost Program Pro(XBP Pro)

XBP Pro is an upgraded bundle program that combines Xtra Boost Program and Ads GMV Max that offers participating sellers with the most attractive benefits to maximize sellers' GMV. The program benefits include:

Extra voucher from Ads: extra ads voucher with higher discount to boost the sales
Extra traffic boost powered by GMV Max: sellers using GMV Max have seen an up to 50% increase in gross merchandise value

Why should you join the Xtra Boost Program Pro (XBP Pro)?

Sellers who participate in the Xtra Boost Program Pro (XBP Pro) will enjoy more visibility benefits with Ads GMV Max & extra subsidy via QCPX vouchers.

Xtra Boost Program Pro Service Fee

The QCPX Service Fee is 3.5% on regular days and 4.5% on campaign days. Participating sellers will need to pay an extra 8% to unlock the extra benefits of Xtra Boost Program Pro(XBP pro)

The XBP Pro Service Fee will be comprised of 2 main benefits:

Program Xtra Boost Pro	GMV Max
Service fee will be Charged to the successfully completed orders (it will not be charged on orders that got successfully delivered and where buyers have returned or sought a refund). Calculated based on the item price without platform promotion/discount. Sellers will not be charged for the service fee for restricted category products.	Extra 8% service fee will be Charged to paid orders (orders with finished online payment, or confirmed COD orders). Calculated based on the item price without platform promotion/discount. Deducted from balance in TikTok Ads Manager account.

Additionally, there will be 30-day trial campaign for seller who are program new joiners, and the extra charged service fee is discounted at 4%

Sellers who participate in XBP Pro should ensure sufficient advertising account balance, and are highly suggested to active GMV Pay and Auto Pay：

GMV Pay is a tool that allows sellers to directly allocate their Seller Center's GMV to pay for ad spending in TTAM directly, in which will greatly simplify the merchant's top up process https://ads.tiktok.com/help/article/about-gmv-pay
Auto Pay is a tool that the client consumes the assigned threshold amount and will be automatically charged when reaches the billing date or billing threshold amount, whichever comes first.

*Trial period is applied during the first 30 days of joining the program, cashback fee will be given through post-paid commission waivers (with cap) after the trial period

How to join the Xtra Boost Program Pro (XBP Pro)?

The program is currently by invitation only, only invited seller will be enrolled in the program with platform notification, kindly watch out your seller center message to see whether you are eligible to join the program

Withdraw from the Xtra Boost Program Pro(XBP Pro)

Sellers can contact their respective account managers to withdraw at any time from the program.

Sellers can also follow these instructions:

Go to Seller Center > Marketing > Program > My Program > Co-funded Bundle Program, click " Manage", and then click "Withdraw" on the Campaign Details page.
Note that if a seller withdraws from the Program, their XBP pro vouchers / benefits will not be available on both platforms after withdrawal application is confirmed.
All withdrawal applications will take 14 calendar days to get approved (during this approval period, sellers will still enjoy the full benefits of XBP Pro; the service fee rate will also still apply upon the withdrawal approval).
