What is the Xtra Boost Program (XBP)?

Xtra Boost Program (XBP) is a new bundled program available on both ShopTokopedia and Tokopedia platforms that offers participating sellers with the most attractive vouchers under a single service fee. These vouchers are:

• Bonus Cashback
  • Vouchers that award Bonus Cashback to buyers, which can be used towards return purchases
• Additional Vouchers
  • Discount Vouchers: General Vouchers redeemable across all channels
  • Live Xtra Vouchers: Vouchers offering exclusive support during live sessions
• Campaign Xtra
  • Exclusive Campaign Vouchers: Higher voucher discounts to drive sales for your shop during campaign periods
  • Prioritizing the locking of Key Livestream (KLS) slots and benefiting from a higher discount rate

Xtra Boost Program Service Fee

The XBP program is designed to offer sellers more value for a single service fee (>50% savings in service fees compared to standalone co-funded programs)
Additionally, there will be a 7-day free trial for sellers who have never participated in Xtra Bonus Program (or previous co-funded programs such as Bonus Cashback Program or Voucher Xtra Program)

Xtra Boost Program Service Fee is 3.5% on regular days and 4.5% on campaign days.

• The Service Fee will be
  • charged to the successfully completed orders (it will not be charged on orders that got successfully delivered and where buyers have returned or sought a refund).
  • calculated based on the item price without platform promotion/discount.
• Sellers will not be charged for service fee for restricted category products.

*The platform reserves the right to alter the program's service fees.

XBP Campaign Service Fee & Campaign Calendar

The Xtra Boost Program's Campaign Days Service Fee rate will be 4.5%:

• Quarter 1 2025 Campaign days:
  • February: 1st, 2nd, 24th-28th
  • March: 1st-25th
• Campaign days are defined by the quarterly campaign calendar which will be updated ahead of the quarter

Withdraw from the Xtra Boost Program (XBP)

Sellers can contact their respective account managers to withdraw at any time from the program.
Sellers can also follow these instructions:

• Go to Seller Center > Marketing > Program > My Program > Co-funded Bundle Program, click " Manage", and then click "Withdraw" on the Campaign Details page.
• Note that of a seller withdraws from the Program, their XBP vouchers / benefits will not be available on both platforms after withdrawal application is confirmed.
• All withdrawal applications will take 14 calendar days to get approved.

FAQs

1. Can I join a Co-funded Campaign on one platform (ie. Tokopedia) but not on the other platform?
   • No, participation cannot be on one platform only. Co-funded Campaigns like Shipping Fee Program and Xtra Boost Program are available on both platforms after integration.
   • If a seller participates in a Program, there will be vouchers / benefits on both platforms at the same time.
   • If a seller withdraws from a Program, their vouchers / benefits will not be available on both platforms after withdrawal.
2. I am a Tokopedia Seller who wants to join the Xtra Boost Program but I have yet to finish integration, what should I do?
   • In order to join the Xtra Boost Program, you will need to complete integration.
   • You can then join the Xtra Boost Program on the new Seller Center here to give additional vouchers and discounts for your customers on both platforms
3. Can I register only for the Bonus Cashback Program (BCP) or only for the Voucher Xtra Program (VXP)?
   • No. Sellers are not able to sign up for only the Bonus Cashback Program or only the Voucher Xtra Program separately. Sellers can only register for the Xtra Boost Program, which comes with both programs combined.
4. How will the Service Fee for co-funded programs be calculated after integration?
   • After integration, the Program Fee will be calculated as a % of all successfully delivered orders on both platforms for all participating sellers.
     • Ie. The XBP service fee will be 3.5% per item during regular days, and 4.5% per item during campaign days on orders coming from both ShopTokopedia and Tokopedia
     • The XBP service fee cap is IDR60.000 per item per order.
     • Note: Program Fees will be different on Regular Days and on Campaign Days
