What is Cash Advance?
Cash Advance is a feature provided to sellers on Shop to expedite the release of sales funds after shipping is confirmed, without having to wait for order completion confirmation by the buyer.The maximum amount that can be advanced under this feature is up to 80% of the gross sales amount of each order.
Uses of Cash Advance:
- Speed up the release of sales funds
- Accelerate cash flow to facilitate inventory and other sales growth initiatives.
What are the requirements to be able to use the Cash Advance feature?
- Have been registered on the Platform for a minimum of six (6) months.
- Demonstrated stable business performance over the most recent three (3) months prior to the point of registration.
- Maintained a record free of any fraudulent or suspected fraudulent activities.
- Satisfy any other criteria as we may determine from time to time in Shop's sole discretion.
Can Cash Advance be used for all orders?
Currently, the Cash Advance feature only applies to orders with the following criteria:- The Buyer must have successfully made payment for the Order other than by way of the cash-on-delivery method.
- the goods must have been shipped by the Seller; and
- the Order must not contain any virtual/digital goods.

How long does it take to approve Cash Advance?
The Cash Advance feature application will be processed within a maximum of 24 hours. After the advance amount is reflected in your Seller balance, you may withdraw the amount to your designated bank account or pay-out method in accordance with the usual processes for settlement.How does Cash Advance work?
- The shipping arrangement has been confirmed.
- The Service Fee of 0.5% will be charged against the total Cash Advance Amount
- The platform will transfer the funds to the seller's balance after deducting the service fee.

How is Cash Advance settled?
- Automatic deduction from Settlement / Seller Balance
- Offline repayment.
- Request offline payment for unreturned Refund Amounts (Bank Transfer, Virtual Account);
- Limit or suspend your access to the Service/Platform; and/or
- Take other legal actions as needed.
What happens if there is a full return/refund for the advance order?
When the Return/Refund request from the buyers is accepted, the Advance Amount will be deducted from the Seller Balance. Should the initial seller balance be insufficient for deduction, the platform will continually ensure prompt deductions to ensure all the repayment has been successful.If your Seller Balance remains insufficient with no pending orders, the platform may, at its discretion:
- Request offline payment for unreturned Refund Amounts;
- Limit or suspend your access to the Service/Platform; and/or
- Take other legal actions as needed.

What happens if I reach my Cash Advance limit?
Once your Cash Advance limit is reached, the platform will continue to advance funds daily at 5am only up to the approved limit, based on eligible orders.Orders that have not yet been advanced may still be eligible for advancement subsequently, if and when sufficient limit becomes available.
