How can I change my login email address or phone number associated with my account?

To update your email address/phone number, please follow the steps below:
1. Login to your account via the Seller Center: https://seller-id.tokopedia.com/account/login2. Go to My Account > Seller Profile > Account information
3. Click Change under Email Address / Phone number
4. If you no longer have access to the email address linked to your account, click verify with the Phone number to send and receive the verification code via your registered phone number or;
4a. Click verify with Email to send and receive the verification code via your registered email5. Once you have provided the verification code, click Next and you may proceed to add your new email address / your new phone number
