Collaboration Plus is a powerful feature by our platform that helps you to work with creators at scale and incentivize them with task specific rewards to boost your GMV or create content for your shop based on your preferred requirement.

How To Participate in Collaboration Plus?

There are two types of collaboration you can choose from:

📝 Note: Our platform retains the full and sole discretion to determine the final collaboration tasks, objectives, criteria and rewards our platform may extend to the creators. Therefore, the actual rewards given by our platform to the creators and tasks may vary accordingly.

Step 1: Set Collaboration Preference

📝 Note: This service includes creator traffic and matchmaking fees. Preferred Task Reward Plan This is your preferred amount the creator can earn upon completing all the assigned tasks. You can create multiple tasks, and the creator can receive the reward from our platform only if they complete all of them. Preferred Task Criteria The task criteria depends on the content type you'd like creators to create and the objective. Each content has different types of tasks which include generating sales, orders or content	📝 Note: This service includes creator traffic and matchmaking fees. Preferred Challenge Reward Plan This is the preferred amount the creator can earn upon reaching the ranks on the leaderboard. You can allocate the preferred reward based on the rank they achieved. Preferred Challenge Details Challenges are designed to drive GMV and order growth based on the type of content you want creators to produce and your specific goals. Creators will be ranked according to the GMV or number of orders they generate across various content types. Each content type and goal includes customizable criteria that determine which creators are eligible for ranking.
💡 Smart Tips: Set an order target if your goal is to clear out inventory, and a GMV target if you want to identify top-performing creators for long term collaboration to drive high-value sales. Share your WhatsApp number to make communication easier and help creators connect with you directly. Set a longer collaboration period. A longer period gives more creators the opportunity to join and produce additional content for your brand. It also gives enough time for you to deliver the sample and for creator to produce the content using the samples.
Step 2: Set Creator Preference
	Our Platform will determine the creators based on your preference. You can customize your creator preference to make sure they align with your strategy by grouping them based on several attributes, such as product category, creator level, and more. You can create up to 100 creator groups Only one creator group can be selected per collaboration Each creator group can be reused for different collaboration plus
Step 3: Select Product, Set Collaboration Plus Exclusive Commission and Free Samples
	Select Products: Only products eligible for affiliate marketing can be submitted for Collaboration Plus Set Commission (Optional): In addition to the rewards from us, creators can earn affiliate commissions for each Collaboration Plus product they sell while completing tasks. The commission set here will apply exclusively to this collaboration plus. You can also set Shop Ads commissions for products on this campaign. If the product is registered on Open Collaboration, both standard and shop ads commission set for the campaign must be higher than the rate on Open Collaboration 📝 Note: Shop Ads commissions only apply to products with videos authorized by creators. You can enable the toggle in Step 1 to prompt creators to authorize their videos. Creators who promote the product via Open Collaboration and later join the Collaboration Plus will receive the Collaboration Plus commission rate during the collaboration period. After it ends, their commission will revert to the Open Collaboration commission rate. If no specific commission rate is set for Collaboration Plus, creators will earn the Open Collaboration commission rate assigned to that product. These commissions are paid out automatically after the settlement period, just like standard affiliate collaborations. They are not deducted from the Collaboration Plus' reward budget, which is reserved exclusively for reward incentives. Set free samples (Optional): The free samples set here will apply exclusively to this collaboration plus. Creators can request pre-approved free samples that don’t require your review and are automatically ready for shipment. You can find the requests on Sample Requests > Free Sample > To Ship Creators need to use the sample to make content during the collaboration period 📌 Important! Make sure the collaboration period is long enough to include sample delivery time.
Step 4: Review the Collaboration Details
	One last step! Review your collaboration details. You can still make edits on the confirmation page. 📌 Important: Once the collaboration is live, the details can no longer be edited. When you're ready, click Confirm and Pay to go to the payment summary and deposit the reward amount. You have 24 hours to complete the payment. 📝 Note: The final service fee charged by our platform will be in accordance with the traffic and creator's performance. If the objectives are not achieved or only achieved partially, you will only be charged partially by our platform

Managing and Monitoring Collaboration Plus Performance

View all your Collaboration Plus campaigns under Affiliate Center > Collaboration Plus
To check the performance of a Collaboration Plus, click [Check] next to the Collaboration Plus details. You’ll be taken to the Collaboration Details page, where you can track results from multiple angles.

In the "Creators Joined" section, when viewing the list of participating creators, you’ll see these statuses:
- Unfinished: The creator has not completed the task or mission.
- Haven’t fulfilled: The creator received the free sample but hasn’t posted any video or LIVE content.
- Finished: The creator has successfully completed the task or mission.
In the Content Details section, you can see products linked to each piece of content. To boost performance, click the [Boost Video] button to open Ads Manager and set up ads.

How many Collaboration Plus can I create?	No limit
How many Collaboration Plus can I have at the same time?	No limit
How can I pay the Collaboration Plus service fee?	We currently support credit cards and debit cards as payment methods
Can I adjust the details of an ongoing Collaboration Plus?	No, you cannot edit the details once you have submitted the collaboration for payment (when the status is “pending payment”), once the payment has been completed, or once the collaboration is already ongoing.
Can I cancel an ongoing Collaboration Plus?	No, you cannot cancel an ongoing Collaboration Plus
Is there a minimum stock requirement for products to be eligible for Collaboration Plus?	No
How many creators can be invited to a Collaboration Plus? Can I define the maximum number of creators that can participate?	No, the number of creators will be determined by our platform based on your preferred task requirements, creator criteria, and reward settings.
If a creator receives a free sample only 2 days before the collaboration ends, will their deadline to fulfill the sample be shortened to those 2 days?	Yes, creator needs to complete it within the collaboration period. Therefore, we recommend that sellers set a longer collaboration period to account for potential delivery delays.
How can I check the affiliate commissions paid for a Collaboration Plus?	As usual, you can view the overall performance in Affiliate Analytics and see detailed information for each order in the Affiliate Orders section.
On Oct 1, a creator promotes a product via Open Collaboration with a 10% commission. From Oct 2-5, the creator joins a Collaboration Plus offering a 15% commission. During that period, seller lowered the Open Collaboration commission rate from 10% to 8%. On Oct 6, when the creator resumes promoting via Open Collaboration, will they receive 10% or 8% commission?	8%. Creator will receive the current Open Collaboration commission rate.
When will rewards be distributed — during or after the Collaboration Plus ended?	Challenge Collaboration: Rewards are distributed by our platform after the collaboration ends, once the final results are calculated based on creator rankings. Task Collaboration: Rewards are distributed by our platform during the collaboration, as long as the creator completes all assigned tasks within the collaboration period. Note: Partial task completion does not qualify for any rewards.
Why did the final tasks and rewards to the creator amount differ from the preferences I set?	Our platform retains the full and sole discretion to determine the final collaboration tasks, objectives, criteria and rewards our platform may extend to the creators. Therefore, the actual rewards given by our platform to the creators and tasks may vary accordingly.
What causes a reward to be cancelled?	There might be several reasons, such as account security and risk control
When and where can I access the collaboration’s tax report?	You can view the tax report on the 7th of the next month after you pay. You can access it by going to Seller Center > Finance > Tax Documents.
Will I get a refund if the collaboration target isn’t completely met?	Yes, if your goals are partially achieved, you will only be charged partially. Any excess fee charged (if any) will be reversed via your original payment method. The refund will be processed within 7 days after the collaboration has ended. You can view the refund information by going to the Collaboration Page > opening the details of the collaboration that has ended > and selecting “Check Details” from the banner at the top.
