- Eligible products will display the Protection Plan option at checkout.

- If the item suffers accidental damage during regular use (not related to delivery), Buyers may submit a claim directly through the TikTok Shop app.

How Much Coverage Can Buyers Get?
The approved claim amount is based on the original purchase price of the item, minus a 10% deductible.
A deductible is a mandatory deduction set by the insurance provider. This means that Buyers will not receive the full item price during a claim payout; 10% of the original price will be deducted.
