📌The settlement period refers to the duration between the date your order is delivered and the date you get paid for that order.
Note: The instant settlement period is only available for Tokopedia orders.
Your settlement periods differ depending on whether your order is from Tokopedia or TikTok Shop.

Express Settlement Disqualification

Express Settlement is the default settlement for all shops, but you may be disqualified from Express Settlement if your shop meets any of the following criteria within a given month:
  • Unusual Activities: Your shop is flagged for potentially suspicious or irregular activity.
  • Shop Adjustment Period: Your shop has not passed the Shop Adjustment Period
  • Shipping Method: Your shop does not use Shipped-by-Platform methods ("Pick-up" and "Drop-off") .
If you are disqualified from express settlement:
  • The Standard Settlement period will apply to you if you are a non-Mall seller.
  • The Extended Settlement period will apply to you if you are a Mall seller.
Note: If you believe that your Express Settlement was disqualified in error, you may file an appeal through the Seller Center by raising a ticket. A successful appeal may lead to the reinstatement of the express settlement period.

Where can I check my shop's Settlement Period?

There are two ways you can check which Settlement Period applies to your shop:

Seller Center > Account Health > Shop Health

Seller Center > Finance > Transactions > To Settle

📌Important
The estimated settlement time is based on two factors:
(1) When the order is successfully delivered to the buyer, and
(2) The type of settlement period you are eligible for (express, standard, or extended) or when the buyer clicks the order confirmation button (only for orders from Tokopedia).
Please note:
(1) The estimated settlement time may change if there are issues with the shipment or if a return/refund request is submitted by the buyer.
(2) We recommend checking this page regularly for the most up-to-date settlement information.
(3) Please be advised that under certain conditions, such as orders with a high number of items or system/server issues, the settlement process may be subject to a delay of one to two days. Your revenue will not be impacted, and for any delays longer than 2 days, please reach out to your Account Manager or Help Center for assistance.

  1. My shop is part of TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Mall. When will Extended Settlement apply to it?
Extended Settlement will apply to your shop if it is disqualified from Express Settlement in that month
  1. What should I do if the courier fails to pick up my package?
Contact your logistics provider or courier service within the fulfillment timelines to resolve the issue. If the courier is late, do ensure that you receive handover proof from them. You may use this as evidence if you need to file an appeal against any enforcement action.
  1. How can I track the status of my settlements?
You can track the status of your settlements through the Seller Center on the platform. There, you can view the payment timeline, check which orders have been processed, and see if any payments are pending or have been completed. If there are any issues, you can contact customer support for further assistance.
  1. How can I avoid automatic order cancellation?
To avoid automatic order cancellations, make sure to process and fulfill the order within the specified timeframe, which includes inputting the tracking number and requesting a pick-up on time. If you cannot meet the deadline, ensure you update the order status promptly.
  1. How can I improve my order fulfillment performance?
To improve your order fulfillment performance, focus on processing orders promptly, maintaining good inventory management, and ensuring timely shipping. Meeting deadlines, providing excellent customer service, and handling complaints effectively can also improve your overall performance and customer satisfaction.
  1. How can I improve my after-sales service?
To improve your after-sales service, focus on providing quick responses to customer inquiries, handling returns and exchanges efficiently, and offering proactive support. Ensure your staff is trained in handling customer complaints, and always aim to exceed customer expectations to build loyalty and satisfaction.
  1. How will Creator Commissions be affected?
In accordance with the Creator Terms of Use, a creator can only receive their commission after the seller's orders are settled. As such, the payout of creator's commissions will depend on the settlement period type of the seller.
