📌The settlement period refers to the duration between the date your order is delivered and the date you get paid for that order. Note: The instant settlement period is only available for Tokopedia orders.
Your settlement periods differ depending on whether your order is from Tokopedia or TikTok Shop.

Express Settlement Disqualification
Express Settlement is the default settlement for all shops, but you may be disqualified from Express Settlement if your shop meets any of the following criteria within a given month:- Unusual Activities: Your shop is flagged for potentially suspicious or irregular activity.
- Shop Adjustment Period: Your shop has not passed the Shop Adjustment Period
- Shipping Method: Your shop does not use Shipped-by-Platform methods ("Pick-up" and "Drop-off") .
- The Standard Settlement period will apply to you if you are a non-Mall seller.
- The Extended Settlement period will apply to you if you are a Mall seller.
Where can I check my shop's Settlement Period?
There are two ways you can check which Settlement Period applies to your shop:Seller Center > Account Health > Shop Health
Through this method, you will see the current settlement period that applies to new orders.
Seller Center > Finance > Transactions > To Settle
Through this method, you can see the different settlement periods that have applied to your historical orders.
For mobile version's seller center, you can open Finance > Check your transactions > To Settle.
📌Important
The estimated settlement time is based on two factors:(1) When the order is successfully delivered to the buyer, and
(2) The type of settlement period you are eligible for (express, standard, or extended) or when the buyer clicks the order confirmation button (only for orders from Tokopedia).
Please note:
(1) The estimated settlement time may change if there are issues with the shipment or if a return/refund request is submitted by the buyer.
(2) We recommend checking this page regularly for the most up-to-date settlement information.
(3) Please be advised that under certain conditions, such as orders with a high number of items or system/server issues, the settlement process may be subject to a delay of one to two days. Your revenue will not be impacted, and for any delays longer than 2 days, please reach out to your Account Manager or Help Center for assistance.
