Registration & Operation
ShopTokopedia Mall program is an exclusive program for a wide selection of brands from authorized brand owners, well-known retail stores, and resellers. The program offers 100% original products, a 15-day return policy, and Special Free Shipping to customers.
  • What should be done so that the seller can register for this mall program?
Sellers must pay attention to several criteria and indicators to be able to register for this program. Note the following:

Details
Seller-fault Cancellation Rate
The seller's average Seller Fault Cancellation Rate (over a period of 30 calendar days) must be 3% or lower.
Late Dispatch Rate
The seller's average Late Dispatch Rate (over a period of 30 calendar days) must be 3% or lower.
Seller-related Negative Review Rate
The seller's Negative Review Rate (over a period of 30 calendar days) must be 0.5% or lower.
Shop Violation Points
The seller must have less than 12 violation points.
Fraud/Counterfeit Issues
The seller must not be flagged for fraudulent or counterfeit behaviour.
Brand QualificationThe seller must have approved and valid Brand Qualification as a Trademark Owner, National Exclusive 1st Level Authorized Seller, 1st Level Authorized Seller, 2nd Level Authorized Seller, or 3rd Level Authorized Seller. Sellers must also ensure that these authorisation(s) are valid throughout the duration they are in the Mall Program. Note: Brand Qualification is a platform process by which a seller submits prior approval from a brand owner to sell products with the brand's trademark(s), name(s), or logo(s) on our platform.
Shipping Fee Program (SFP)Note: Sellers who ship their own products are exempted from this criteriaThe seller must participate in the Shipping Fee Program (SFP). The SFP offers shipping fee vouchers for all products of Mall Sellers (except products which are restricted and/or prohibited from promotion as set out by local laws and regulations). Sellers who unilaterally opt out of the SFP will no longer qualify to be a Mall Seller.Note: Sellers listing Infant Formula are exempted from this criteria

    • Increased Consumer Confidence: By having a badge ShopTokopedia Mall Sellers can benefit from Mall's good reputation, which can increase consumer confidence.
    • Increase Visibility: Sellers will get additional special access in the Shop Tab to make your store more recognizable
    • Promotional Support: via ShopTokopedia Mall Sellers get a variety of promotional support and special campaigns with a variety of marketing strategies that can increase sales.
  • How to Register as ShopTokopedia Mall Sellers?
If You are Eligible for the Mall Program
  • Click 'Apply' (Green) on the bottom right
  • The terms and condition notice will pop up and you need to agree and close the pop up
  • There will be a pop up window to show that you have been successfully registered to Mall program
