Learn about the customer profiles of your shop's new and repeat buyers and followers
Customer Analytics is available in Data Compass to help sellers understand their customer acquisition, follower conversion rates, the proportion of different customer groups, transaction statuses, and to implement targeted operational strategies for different customer groups.

Scenario 1: Expand your shop's new buyer base
Click on the New Buyer card to discover the growth rate of new buyers over the previous 7 days and the how much of your total revenue is attributed to new buyers. You can also view the total amount of revenue brought in by new buyers for the selected period.
View new buyer trends to see whether your shop's appeal to new buyers is rising or falling. In general, more new buyers bring more purchasing power and more repeat purchase potential.
Once the New Buyer card is selected, you can view the demographics of new buyers in terms of age and location. It is also possible to determine the purchasing power of new buyers based on the price of their mobile phone, and to determine what video content will attract their interest and encourage them to carry out purchases based on their content preferences. You can then create videos to match content preferences and offer products to match age demographics, thereby attracting more new buyers.


Scenario 2: Promote repeat purchases for returning buyer groups
Click on the Repeat Buyer card to find out which products, videos, and LIVEs attract the most repeat buyers to complete transactions. You can then promote the products that attract repeat purchases or create similar content to engage these groups.
Create videos of similar content to promote your shop to customers. Carry out repeated exposure of your content to these customer groups to attract them to make repeat purchases of your products.

Scenario 3: Improve the ability of your accounts to amass new followers
By selecting different accounts, you can view recent increases in the number of followers and trends in follower growth for each account. Determine which types of account and operational strategy are more attractive to followers by looking at the corresponding operational strategies of sellers in different time periods.
By selecting the New Followers card, you can view the demographics of new followers in terms of age and location. It is also possible to determine what video content will arouse their interest and lead them to follow your account based on their content preferences. You can then create videos to match content preferences to attract more followers.
Find out which short videos and LIVEs contribute most to amassing new followers. You can then replicate similar video content or the way the LIVE hosts interact and communicate with audiences.



Scenario 4: Increase follower activity with high-quality content
Click on the Active Followers card to see which LIVEs and videos active followers are viewing the most. You can then replicate similar content to improve the loyalty of followers to your account, and further strengthen the interest of followers in product-related content to improve the rate of repeat purchases.

New and repeat buyer customer profiles
- New Buyers: New buyers are defined as customers who have no purchase history of the shop's products within 1 year prior to the selected period, but who have made a purchase during the selected period.
- Repeat Buyers: The number of buyers who have made a purchase during the selected period minus the number of new buyers.
- Total number of buyers: The number of customers who have completed a transaction during the selected time period.

View the total number of new and repeat buyers and the change in the number of new buyers over the previous 7 days
View the proportion of new and repeat buyers out of all buyersView the revenue brought in by new and repeat buyers for the selected period

New and active followers' customer profiles
Overview of new and active followers
- New Followers: The number of customers who followed accounts linked to the shop (official accounts and channel accounts) during the selected period, and who were still following the account on the last day of the selected period.
- Active Followers: Followers who viewed videos or LIVEs for the accounts linked to the shop (including e-commerce and non-e-commerce content) during the selected period, and who were still active followers (total followers minus new followers) following the account on the last day of the selected period.
- Total Followers: The number of customers following the account on the last day of the statistical period
View the proportion of new and active followers out of all followers
View the transaction totals for new and active followers during the selected period

View trends for new and active followers for different accounts and compare them with the data for the previous 7 days.
