SAP Program Service Fee

SAP program is designed to provide comprehensive support to sellers at an affordable cost. The service fee varies depending on the product category and the store’s sales tier.

The SAP program fee structure consists of the following components:
  1. SAP Service Fee, which will be reflected through the Bonus Cashback Program and Voucher Xtra Program. Payment of the SAP Service Fee automatically includes Bonus Cashback and Voucher Xtra (XBP), Mega Discount Vouchers, advertising budget, campaign strategy, creator matchmaking, and other exclusive benefits such as subsidies, traffic enhancement, and promotional support.
  2. Affiliate Commission Fee, Determined based on Level 2 product categories and not included in the SAP Service Fee.
  3. Platform Fee : Platform commission, dynamic commission, and order processing fees will continue to be charged to sellers as usual in accordance with platform policies

How to Register to Swift Accelerator Program (SAP)?

No. SAP does not guarantee sales. However, the SAP team consists of TikTok Shop by Tokopedia professionals with expertise in optimizing store performance and improving selling efficiency. At this time, we cannot provide sales commitments, targets, or guarantees but we will give support & assistance to optimize your store.
  1. Can the service fee be negotiated?
No. The service fee is fixed and not negotiable.
  1. I am a Tokopedia seller and want to join SAP, but my integration is not complete. What should I do?
    • Completing the integration process is a primary requirement to join SAP.
    • Once integration is complete, you can register for SAP using the provided link to activate sales services across both platforms.
  2. Can I skip the ads authorization steps?
SAP service fee already includes advertising costs. For optimal results, sellers are required to complete both authorization steps.
  1. Why can’t I find the Swift Accelerator Program in my Program section?
SAP is currently available only to selected sellers who receive invitations. If you do not see SAP in the Program list, please refresh the page periodically.
  1. Can sellers include only selected products in SAP?
SAP operates at the shop level, meaning all listed products in the store will automatically follow the SAP fee mechanism. If certain products have margins that cannot support the service fee, sellers may adjust their pricing accordingly.
  1. Who determines the selling price?
Selling prices are fully determined by the seller. Sellers can set prices based on their expected margins and the applicable service fees.
  1. After joining SAP, can sellers still manage ads, campaigns, or affiliates?
Once enrolled, ads, campaigns, and affiliate settings will be optimized by SAP based on industry data and best practices. Sellers are not advised to modify these settings to avoid unintended issues.
  1. Can sellers leave the program?
Yes. Sellers may exit the program at any time through Seller Center, with an approximate waiting period of 14 working days.
