Create Quality Content & LIVE

Maintain Account Health & Avoid Penalties

Active content and LIVE sessions during the Mega Campaign can significantly boost your traffic and increase order potential. Let’s make sure your performance is at its best!
  1. Upload Content & Go LIVE Consistently During the Campaign
  • Upload at least 1 short video per day to keep your account active.
  • Do LIVE sessions for ≥ 7 hours per day during the campaign period.
  • Don’t forget to upload a teaser video before going LIVE to highlight your promo and invite viewers to join.

  1. Use Mega Campaign LIVE Stickers
Make your LIVE sessions more attractive and “campaign-ready” by using the official stickers provided by the platform:
  1. Follow Trends to Boost Exposure

  1. Ensure Your Content Follows TikTok Policies
Before uploading content or starting a LIVE session, make sure it complies with platform policies—avoid sensitive words, exaggerated claims, or anything that violates community guidelines.Violating content may reduce your exposure and even lead to penalties during the campaign. During the Mega Campaign & Peak Day, the system will be more strict. So make sure you’re extra careful to keep your account safe from penalties.
🚫 Important! If You Receive a Penalty During the Campaign:Here are the key things you MUST avoid — these are extremely critical:
  1. Do NOT Delete Videos That Receive Penalties
  • If you delete a video that has been penalized → the penalty cannot be appealed or reviewed again.
  • This means you lose the chance to correct it, and the impact on your account performance may last longer.

  1. Do NOT Unbind a Creator / Seller After Receiving a Penalty
  • If you unbind the creator or seller within 24 hours after the penalty →
it will be very difficult or almost impossible to re-bind them again in the near term.
  • The re-binding process may even be delayed up to 90 days.
  • This can negatively affect your LIVE sessions, content collaborations, and overall traffic during the campaign.

  1. Submit Appeals on Time (You Only Get ONE Chance!)
  • Creators can only submit one appeal per penalty case.
  • Appeals must be submitted within 30 calendar days from when the penalty is issued.
  • If it’s past 30 days → the appeal cannot be processed, Seller!
