What is the creator task?

Creator Tasks are various tasks from the platform to help Creators improve their skills. Creators can complete a variety of tasks (such as going live for a specific amount of time, generating GMV, posting short videos, etc.) and have the chance to earn a reward for the tasks that they complete.

How to view creator task?

When you have a new task, you will receive a Pop up informing you. Clicking on this will take you to the Task centerYou can also view your tasks in shop home page, here, you will see all ongoing tasks. Click the [>] on the right to enter the task centerIn the task center, you can view the status of each task (in progress, completed, expired)

How to view task details?

In task center, click on any task card to enter the task details page

If this task is still in progress:

Overview

• Display the task title, task expiration time, and only when you complete the task conditions before the task expires can you get rewards

• Click Rules to view the rules for this task

• Display the task completion conditions, the progress bar 100% indicates that the condition has been completed, you need to complete all the conditions of the task to get the corresponding reward~ Click [go]/[view]: will guide you to complete the corresponding conditions

• This task is a ranking list task .

• Here will be a detailed explanation of some of the completion conditions of the task

• Show rewards for completing tasks

Please note that the rewards are expected to be distributed uniformly within 15 working days after the task has expired.

If the task has expired and is not completed

The header is gray, which means this task has expired. You can no longer participate in this task . Please try other tasks in progress

If the task has been completed

Overview

• Congratulations on completing all the task conditions! The platform will issue the corresponding reward for you as soon as possible, please pay attention to check

• Rewards are still being distributed, please be patient

• Rewards have been distributed, click [view reward] to view the rewards

How to complete the task?

The task center will only track your short video and live performance, so you don't need to complete the task within the task center, and you can complete the task through the posting/live channel to complete the conditions required for the task.

• The task period is coming to an end and you are just one step away from completing it.

2. Why is the task center empty when opened?

• All your Creator tasks have been accomplished, you will need to wait for upcoming Creator Tasks.
