TikTok Shop's Negative Customer Feedback Guidelines

  • TikTok Shop evaluates customer feedback about product quality and seller service given to sellers about using Negative Review Rates (NRR).
  • A rating that has 1-2 stars 🌟 will be considered as a negative review. TikTok Shop may take enforcement actions based on a seller's shop NRR ratings and the content of customer product reviews. As such, all sellers should strive to keep all negative review rates low and within the targets set out in our TikTok Shop Negative Customer Feedback Guidelines.
