1. I want to process an order using Drop Off, but the Drop Off service is not available. What happened?

Not all couriers provide both pick-up methods; some only provide one method. Therefore, the collection method shown will depend on the delivery provider.

2. Is there a maximum time limit for processing an order?

From the date of order creation, make sure to submit the order to the courier/delivery partner within 3 calendar days. To do so, once the order is packed, change the order status to “Waiting for collection”. Your delivery partner will automatically receive a notification to pick up the package.
3. Is there a packing standard on the order?Make sure the packaging meets the standards for the product so that the package can arrive safely into the hands of the customer. For example: bubble wrap, wooden packing (if needed)
