3General/Getting Started/IntroductionWhat is Campaign Commission Fee Package?Logic : We all know Indonesia's market thrives on seasonal hype—think payday, double dates, and, of course, Ramadan! Now brands can purchase our holistic campaign package consists of marketing features, traffic support, campaign landing page, budget voucher support and other extra marketing perks to get your brands out there during campaign period with total support value can be up to ~$150k USDSupport and Benefit ✅ Budget Voucher Support: We give you an extra budget where you can subsidize your products creatively with attractive vouchers.✅ Exclusive Visibility: Get exclusive visibility for your brand to stand out in the crowd i.e slide banners, campaign landing page (H5) and more Commission Fee Type : Depends on package tiers, commission fee percentage will be based on combined GMV from both TikTok + TokopediaMechanics : For all sales made during the campaign period, xx% commission applies (with a maximum cap, of course!)
4Billing/Refund/PaymentHow does our charging mechanism system work?Please ensure that your sellers have enough GMV in their seller account once they successfully purchase the package. Once the campaign goes live, the seller’s GMV will automatically deduct from the minimum charge. Once the max cap is reached, any extra orders won’t be counted. The additional commission or max cap will be charged T+21 days after the campaign ends.Pay attention!👉 If a seller's total GMV is less than the minimum charge, it may result in a negative bank balance or GMV account on their end.👉 And negative bank balance will trigger GNE blockers that may affect your seller's access to promotional tools and other features in the seller center. 👉 Sellers can not recharge their account, and we also cannot issue a refund. Actions:- Make sure your seller has enough GMV to pay the min cap/charge- Make sure your seller does not withdraw their GMV until after the T+21 outstanding commission fees are paid

Charge: IDR 880,000,000✅ Simulation 1 : Below Min Charge Total Sales (TikTok + Tokopedia) : 4,200,000,000 - 381,800,000 (seller promo) = 3,818,200,000Commission Charge: 3,818,200,000 x 5.75% = 219,500,000Final Payment Summary The brand’s Net Sales Commission at the end of the campaign is below the minimum charge for the Titanium Package. As a result, the total payment of IDR 288,000,000 has already been deducted from the seller’s GMV in TikTok Shop, meaning there will be no additional charges to the seller’s Tokopedia account.✅ Simulation 2 : Between the min & max chargeTotal Sales (TikTok + Tokopedia) : 7,500,000,000 - 681,800,000 (seller promo) = 3,818,200,000Commission Charge: 6,818,200,000 x 5.75% = 392,000,000Final Payment Summary The brand’s Net Sales Commission falls between the min and max charge for the Titanium Package. The min charge of IDR 288,000,000 has already been deducted from the seller’s GMV in TikTok Shop, and the remaining charges will be settled in the next GMV deduction. If the seller isn’t mirrored or integrated yet, the additional commission will be charged separately via manual invoicing from their Tokopedia GMV.✅ Simulation 3 : Above the maximum charge Total Sales (TikTok + Tokopedia) : 18,500,000,000 - 1,681,800,000 (seller promo) = 16,818,200,000Commission Charge: 16,818,200,000 x 5.75% = 967,000,000Final Payment Summary The brand’s Net Sales Commission has reached the max charge for the Titanium Package. Since IDR 288,000,000 has already been deducted as the min charge from the seller’s GMV in TikTok Shop, the remaining amount will be fully settled in the next GMV deduction. If the seller isn’t mirrored or integrated yet, the additional commission will be charged separately via manual invoicing from their Tokopedia GMV.
6Billing/Refund/PaymentWill the seller be charged commission fee twice (2x), in the TikTok Shop and Tokopedia store? No, sellers won’t be charged twice. Charges happen at the Seller Center level. If a seller integrates both their TikTok Shop and Tokopedia store, the fee is based on their combined GMV. If they don’t integrate, charges apply only to the registered store.
7Billing/Refund/PaymentMy seller balance has sufficient funds. Why does the system state that the package fee will be a negative settlement amount?image.pngimage.pngThe first image is the seller's "Settled" amount. This amount belongs to the seller and cannot be deducted directly. The package fee will be deducted from the seller's "To settle" amount, which is displayed in the second image. For this seller, the "to settle" amount is in a negative amount. The seller needs to make sales to increase their "to settle" amount for this to become a positive amount. Now if a seller has a negative balance, they can’t use their own budget for self-promo but can still use platform-funded promos.For RES package sellers, we've already added them to the GNE whitelist. So even with a negative balance, they can still use the RES package budget vouchers for promotions—please remind your sellers to take advantage of it!
8Billing/Refund/PaymentWhere can the seller's find the package fee deductions?To find the package fee deductions, you can go Campaigns > My Packages > Manage my packages > Deduction HistoryThis will show all deductions related to the package that the seller has purchased. As per the logic of package charging, the total package fee is "all orders x %" during package dates. image.pngimage.pngIf there are any outstanding fees, it will be deducted as "Additional campaign fees" T+21 after package end date. image.png
9Billing/Refund/PaymentWhere can the Sellers find the transaction history or deduction history?Page Entrance: Campaigns - My Package - Action "..." - Deduction History1. Click on "My Package"image.png2. Click on "Deduction History"image.png3. Find the Settlement Pageimage.pngSimilar to the transaction page- Each commission charge will be recorded. - Once the maximum cap is reached, additional orders will no longer be calculated- The additional commission charge or max cap (whichever is lower) will be charged T+21 after the campaign end date. - On T+21, when the final settlement is calculated, the fee will be called "Campaign Package Fee"
10Billing/Refund/PaymentWill there be invoice and tax invoice released?No, our system currently does not support invoice release specifically for Commission Campaign PackageMBP Fees are included in platform invoice, together with SFP/Platform Fees etc. This invoice is generated on a cyclical basis. To view the invoice, sellers can go to Finance > Invoices > Platform invoices to check their overall "Campaign Package Fees" . This invoice is generated on a monthly basis and may be a sum of all campaign package fees in that month. image.pngimage.png
11Billing/Refund/PaymentWhy can’t we cancel a seller’s participation? They weren’t aware or accidentally registered for the campaign package.Unfortunately, cancellations or withdrawal aren’t possible once the campaign is set. Sellers can only withdraw by confirming at least one working day before the campaign starts. After registration, the budget and resources are already locked in and allocated.Also, accidental registrations shouldn't happen, as the system requires sellers to confirm before finalizing their purchase. 12Budget & SubsidyWhy the Bronze pkg receive higher budget voucher support in compare to the Silver pkg?The initial idea is that we want to use higher incremental gmv target to trade off some ads commitment, since we receive some feedback that some long tail sellers are not willing to afford the ads, especially fashion sellers, that’s the compensation plan, that's why the KLS target for Bronze pkg is higher vs the Silver and the KLS level is different.
13Campaign OpsIf a seller buys the joint package but only has an active TikTok Shop (with an inactive or non-integrated Tokopedia store), can they transfer the Tokopedia benefits to their TikTok Shop?No, they can’t. Sellers can still buy the package, but they won’t receive any Tokopedia benefits.
14Campaign OpsIf a seller has limited support, poor performance, or no AM Ads on TikTok or Tokopedia, can we request ad target relocation? If can, what's the max cap?Yes! Just submit the ad target relocation in the tracker sheet (columns M-Q) on tab 3. seller_registration with max cap of ads target relocation is 90% (9:1) to TikTok or Tokopedia Ads relocation target request is closed
15Campaign Center & ToolsFor Silver & Bronze, why is the Seller Center unable to register the package, the registraion page link appear blank?Sellers need to meet certain criteria: - Shop's GMV In The Last 30 Days >= $3,000- Shop Participated In SFP Campaign Last 30 Days
16Campaign Center & ToolsShould sellers that have soft-booked need to register through Seller Center? Yes, they have to. If not, then we will allocate the sellers from the waiting lists.

18Campaign OpsDo sellers have to go live every day during the campaign? And is there a penalty if they don’t?Sellers must go live on Peak and BRH dates. If they don’t, they might end up on the penalty list and be temporarily suspended from joining future campaigns. But why not Go-Live everyday? If your Sellers achieve the KLS target for RES pkg you can request additional budget! Check 1.1 KLS Level all_in_one for the exclusive KLS target for RES commission package!
