What is Campaign Commission Fee Package?Logic : Think payday, double dates! 3Can a Seller Withdraw?Yes, but eligibility depends on the package status:1. Cancel Registration: Only available if status is "Pending/Under Review." Click the 3 dots next to View RecordsCancel Registration.

2. Package Withdrawal: If the package is active/approved, select Withdrawal. This is subject to platform review and specific rules. Refunds are not guaranteed.

How does the charging system work?Please ensure that you have enough GMV in your seller account once they successfully purchase the package. Order-Commission Based
  • Once the campaign goes live, the seller’s GMV will automatically deduct from the minimum charge. Once the max cap is reached, any extra orders won’t be counted. The additional commission or max cap will be charged T+21 days after the campaign ends.
  • Pay attention!
👉 If your total GMV is less than the minimum charge, it may result in a negative bank balance or GMV account on your end.👉 And negative bank balance will trigger GNE blockers that may affect your access to promotional tools and other features in the seller center. 👉 You cannot recharge your account, and we also cannot issue a refund.
  • Actions:
    • Make sure you have enough GMV to pay the minimum cap/charge

  • You can choose to pay with external payment or unsettled seller balance

👉 If you do not complete the payment within 24 hours, then the payment will be switched to using unsettled seller balance.

Is there any simulation or commission calculation example to share?The commission charged will be based on

Will the seller be charged a commission fee twice (2x), in the TikTok Shop and Tokopedia store? No, sellers won’t be charged twice. Charges happen at the Seller Center level. If a seller integrates both their TikTok Shop and Tokopedia store, the fee is based on their combined GMV. If they don’t integrate, charges apply only to the registered store.

Where can the seller find the package fee deductions?To find the package fee deductions, you can go Campaigns > My Packages > Manage my packages > Deduction HistoryThis will show all deductions related to the package that the seller has purchased. As per the logic of package charging, the total package fee is "all orders x %" during package dates. If there are any outstanding fees, it will be deducted as "Additional campaign fees" T+21 after package end date.

Where can the sellers find the transaction history or deduction history?To check seller balance deduction details, please go to Seller Center > Finance > Transactions > To Settle

  1. When a deduction occurs, a settlement detail can be viewed under the Settlement Page - "To Settle"
  2. Sellers can click on "View Details" to check which Marketing Benefit Package the deduction is from
If sellers purchased multiple package, this is the best way to find out what they paid for each package
  1. If Seller has enough "To Settle" balance:
    • This order/adjustment may be "Settled" and the information can be found on the "Settled" page instead.
  2. If Seller does not have enough "To Settle" balance:
    • The order/adjustment will be on the "To Settle" page. Incoming sales will offset this negative balance.
    • When the "To settle" balance returns to a positive state, the campaign fee order/adjustment will be found on the "Settled" page

Why is my balance negative despite having funds?

The package fee will be deducted from the seller's "To settle" amount, which is displayed in the second tab. If seller's "to settle" amount is in a negative amount, sellers need to make sales to increase their "To settle" amount, so become a positive amount. The seller's "Settled" amount belongs to the seller and cannot be deducted directly. Now if a seller has a negative balance, they can’t use their own budget for self-promo but can still use platform-funded promos.
10Will there be invoice and tax invoice released?No, our system currently does not support invoice releases specifically for Commission Campaign Package. MBP Fees are included in platform invoice, together with SFP/Platform Fees etc. This invoice is generated on a cyclical basis.

To view the invoice, sellers can go to Finance > Invoices > Platform invoices to check their overall "Marketing Benefits Package Fee" . This invoice is generated on a monthly basis and may be a sum of all campaign package fees in that month.

11Why can't I cancel my participation?Withdrawals must be confirmed at least 7 working days before the campaign starts. After this, budgets and resources are locked. Accidental registration is prevented by multiple confirmation pop-ups and T&C displays.👉 Package Purchase: A confirmation pop-up appears before completing the transaction.image👉 Successful Purchase: The T&C is clearly displayed at the bottom of the page for review.image

If a seller buys the joint package but only has an active TikTok Shop (with an inactive or non-integrated Tokopedia store), can they transfer the Tokopedia benefits to their TikTok Shop?No, they can’t. Sellers can still buy the package, but they won’t receive any Tokopedia benefits.
