The Store Rating is calculated based on the following performance metrics:
Product Satisfaction:
  • Unsatisfied Order Rate
  • Seller Fault Return and Refund Rate
Fulfillment and Logistics:
  • 30D Seller Fault Cancellation Rate
  • 30D Late Dispatch Rate
Customer Service:
  • Customer Complaint Rate
  • 24H Response Rate
Store Rating then evaluates the metrics above and provides an overall Score Rating and ranking amongst all sellers who sell similar products.
