1. If you are selling branded products, do submit your brand authorization documents
2. Be aware of product categories that require you to submit product attributes
3. Note the products with restrictions on ShopTokopedia that differ from Tokopedia
4. Ensure that the product title and description do not contain any Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) violations.

Please be aware that not meeting these requirements may result in your product being removed from the platform and could impact your sales.

1. If you are selling branded products, do submit your brand authorization documents

Certain branded products are required to have a brand qualification application prior to listing. Please follow the instructions below to do so:

• Identify which type of seller you are. Are you a trademark owner or authorized retailer?
• You will need to prepare the following document
  • If you are brand owner or trademark owner, please provide trademark or IP certificate
  • If you are authorized to sell this brand, please provide authorization letter given to you by the merchant/distributor you procure your product from
• You can upload the required documents through the Brand Qualification in Tokopedia & Shop Seller Center by following these steps

2. Be aware of product categories that require you to submit product attributes

When you upload a new product to Seller Center, you are required to submit information, documents or certificates for certain categories of products - notably, "Food and Beverages", "Consumer Health", "Beauty and Personal Care", and "Menswear & underwear" and "Womenswear & underwear" categories.

• You can find the BPOM registration number on:
  • Product Certificate
  • Product Packaging

• Go to the Seller Center home page and select "Products" > "Manage Products".
  • For new product listings:
    • Click "Add new product" and fill in the mandatory attributes included under the "Product Attributes" tab.
  • For existing product listings:
    • Click "Edit".
• Mandatory attributes will be labelled as "Mandatory". Fill in the mandatory attributes fields by:
  1. Choosing from the available options in the drop-down list; or
  2. Manually entering the information as free text.
• Click "Publish" or "Update"

3. Note the products with restrictions on ShopTokopedia that differ from Tokopedia

Certain products that can be sold on Tokopedia may not be permitted for sale on ShopTokopedia. After integrating, these products will still be available on Tokopedia, but will not be synced to ShopTokopedia.
Note: Sellers will receive a notification when uploading products if the product falls under an unsupported category.

• Products that may not be sold on ShopTokopedia

Products in categories below cannot be sold on ShopTokopedia, even when some may be allowed on Tokopedia.

• Products which require Category Authorization

Products in categories below can only be sold after your category authorization has been approved by us.

4. Ensure that the product title and description do not contain any Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) violations.

When listing "compatible" products, you can use the following terms in the product title or description to avoid Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) violations:

• Made for
• Compatible with
• Intended for
• Applicable for
• Fits with

We strongly recommend that you format the product title as follows:

• If your product is a "compatible" product actually manufactured by the brand:
  • [Your Product’s Brand Name] + [Product Type] + "for"/"compatible with"/"fits"/"intended for"[Brand and Type of Compatible Product] + [Other Product Title Elements, If Applicable]

✔️ Allowed: TikTok Phone Case, compatible with XYZ Phones. ❌ Not allowed: TikTok XYZ phone case

• If your product is a generic "compatible" product:
  • [Product Type] + "for"/"compatible with"/"fits"/"intended for"[Brand and Type of Compatible Product] + [Other Product Title Elements, If Applicable]
