Order Cancellation Mechanism By Seller

Hi Seller, as a good seller; You have to avoid canceling orders made by sellers! Even though this is possible to do, if it is in an urgent situation such as: out of stock, error in writing the price or unable to send to the buyer's address.
However, this must be remembered! Before canceling, it's a good idea to communicate with the buyer first to cancel the order for certain reasons and it's possible for the order to be canceled before the status is changed to "Shipped"!

  1. If I cancel an order due to out of stock, what happens to the customer?
The customer is entitled to a refund if the seller cancels an order that has been paid for. However, sellers may not ask customers to cancel orders due to their own stock shortages/problems.
  1. Can cancellation through the seller result in a negative review?
Sellers must also pay attention that unilateral cancellations can cause negative feedback / reviews from customers. Alternatively, the seller may fulfill the order later if the customer expressly agrees to wait a certain period for order completion.
