TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Seller Ambassador Promotional Guidelines

These TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Seller Ambassadors Promotional Guidelines ("Guidelines") govern the manner in which the TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Seller Ambassadors deliver training to the sellers and users of TikTok Shop by Tokopedia.
All TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Seller Ambassadors shall strictly comply with the Guidelines so that a positive and consistent user experience can be provided to the sellers and users. Any failure to comply with the Guidelines may result in the termination of the TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Seller Ambassador Program Agreement, revocation of the TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Seller Ambassadors certification status and withdrawal of all benefits conferred for the TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Seller Ambassadors.
The Guidelines may be improved and amended from time to time, and it is your responsibility to regularly check the Guidelines to understand the latest requirements. You may contact TikTok Shop by Tokopedia representatives for any uncertainties in relation to the Guidelines, or TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Seller Ambassadors Program.

Events

Events Name Use

We encourage TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Seller Ambassadors to host training sessions and workshops to spread the word about TikTok Shop by Tokopedia. To prevent confusion amongst the attendees, you will need to know the following event naming convention:

• Your event cannot use "TikTok Shop by Tokopedia" by itself combined with another word in any capacity. Example: "TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Jakarta", "TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Experience" or "TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Summit".
• Your event cannot include the word "TikTok Shop by Tokopedia" as part of another word. Example: "TikTok Shop by Tokopedia JKT" or "TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Event"
• However, you CAN only use "TikTok Shop by Tokopedia", and phrases like, "Content Marketing", "Ads Training", or any one of these combined with your geographic area and "Workshop" or "Conference", which will help set up your event name with a connector such as "on" and "for"

Example: "Content Marketing Workshop on TikTok Shop by Tokopedia ID" ; "Ads Training on TikTok Shop by Tokopedia"

Every event promotional material you host or set up shall include a foot note for clarification purposes. In no capacity shall your event bring the meaning that your training/event is organised by or hosted by TikTok Shop by Tokopedia.
Example: "This event is not organised and/or endorsed by TikTok Shop by Tokopedia"

Branding

TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Logo Use

TikTok Shop by Tokopedia logo usage is prohibited in all cases, unless otherwise approved by TikTok Shop by Tokopedia.
Please do not modify or adjust TikTok Shop by Tokopedia and/or its related logos, use the TikTok Shop by Tokopedia logo or parts of it as part of your company logo and/or brand element.
At all times, TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Seller Ambassadors will need to comply with this promotional guideline.

TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Seller Ambassador Logo Use

TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Seller Ambassador badge and digital certificate are available once you successfully complete the certification process.
General Guidelines For TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Seller Ambassador badge and digital certificate:

1. You may not alter any badge or digital certificate that we provide you with, including changing the name, or date it displays.
2. Except otherwise approved by TikTok Shop by Tokopedia, you may not sell, transfer, or use badge or digital certificate for profit.
3. Your usage of badge or digital certificate is limited to the validity period stated on the digital certificate. Upon expiry of the certification period, you shall apply for certification renewal in accordance with the process as stated in [Seller Ambassador application guidelines]

TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Provided Resources

In the context of TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Seller Ambassador Program, Seller Ambassadors will have access to slides, and resources to help build your own training.
In order to create a consistent learning experience for prospects, attendees, and sellers in the market, here are some do's and don'ts:-
Do:-

• Customise provided content with your own examples
• Create or modify the overall style of your presentation to match your style
• Create your own training resources and presentations with content concerning your experience of managing TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Sellers, providing case studies or relevant examples to help sellers relate to the training content

Don't:-

• Alter any TikTok Shop by Tokopedia created graphics
• Add any TikTok Shop by Tokopedia logo to content not provided through this program

TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Name

The following will guide you on how to name your training programs, services, communities and content in relation to TikTok Shop by Tokopedia:-
Do:

• Indicate that you are a "TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Seller Ambassador" and your training event is conducted by a TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Seller Ambassador
• Be sure to name your training something that is distinct from TikTok Shop by Tokopedia brand, and its related training or workshops. Example "How to Sell With Content".

Don't:

• Modify, imitate or abbreviate the "TikTok Shop by Tokopedia" brand with any names, or naming conventions. Example "TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Training" and "TikTok Shop by TokopediaWorkshop" are prohibited
• Unless indicated above, name your training event + "TikTok Shop by Tokopedia" or a general description of your training event + "TikTok Shop by Tokopedia". For example, "Training in Jkt with TikTok Shop by Tokopedia", "Workshop with TikTok Shop by Tokopedia" which could indicate your training is orgainsed/endorsed by TikTok Shop by Tokopedia.

Discussion/Forums/Websites

We appreciate and like the idea of our TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Seller Ambassadors to foster online discussions, forums, general interest groups in any of the social media channels, or chat applications. However, we require you to follow the naming guidelines:-
Preface TikTok Shop by Tokopedia with "unofficial". Example: "The Unofficial TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Seller Ambassadors Group"
OR specify its a discussion group for "TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Seller Ambassadors". Example: "TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Seller Ambassadors Discussion Group"
In addition to Events (as stated above), the TikTok Shop by Tokopedia name should not be used in naming podcasts, newsletters, blogs, ebooks, reports or other regular content vehicle produced by the TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Seller Ambassador. This also includes the use of TikTok Shop by Tokopedia in domains such as "TikTok Shop by Tokopediaguru.com" in any shape, form by parts or as a whole.
