TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Star Streamer Application Guideline

The TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Star Streamer Application Guidelines ("Guidelines") outline the qualifications, and certification process for TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Star Streamer Programs. The Guidelines may be updated or amended periodically, and it is your responsibility to regularly review them to stay informed about the latest requirements.

A. About TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Star Streamer Program

TikTok Shop by Tokopedia is committed to fostering the growth of its ecosystem stakeholders, including sellers, creators, partners, and relevant industry players.
Our vision is to create a scalable live host resource where sellers or agencies can connect with Star Streamer Programs to fulfill their Live Stream requirement. With this initiative, we will put together TikTok Shop by Tokopedia educational materials to qualify candidates.

B. TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Star Streamer Program Qualifications

An applicant may be certified as a TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Star Streamer Program if he/she meets the following qualifications:

1. She/He has attained the age of 18 years. If She/He is between 18 to 21 years of age, are not married or are under guardianship, She/He may participate in the Program only with the consent of a parent or a legal guardian. Further, by agreeing to these Guidelines, She/He represents and warrants that She/He has obtained consent from her/his parent(s) or legal guardian(s) unless She/He indicates otherwise;
2. She/He is an Indonesian citizen or a Permanent Resident of Indonesia;

C. Application and Certification Process

Overview

To be selected and certified as a TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Star Streamer Program, an applicant shall (i) meet the Qualification requirement (as set out in Section B above), (ii) make an application before the application close date; (iii) complete the training module, livestream activation and pass the exam evaluation.

Step 1. How to Apply?

The applicant shall scan or click the application link and provide all the required details in the TikTok Shop By Tokopedia Star Streamer Program. The application shall be submitted before the application closes date, failing which, the application will not be considered.

Step 2. Assessment of the Application

Upon receipt of submission, TikTok Shop by Tokopedia shall assess the applicant's application and select some shortlisted applicants based on the submitted materials from Step 1.
All the shortlisted applicants shall be notified within seven (7) working days from the application close date. If you do not receive any notification within seven (7) working days from the application close date, this would mean that you are not shortlisted and please try again in the future.

Step 3: Evaluation

Step 3.1. TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Star Streamer Program Program Course

Subject to TikTok Shop by Tokopedia's sole and absolute discretion, shortlisted applicants may receive an invitation to attend training for TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Star Streamer Program and Livestream assessment. Shortlisted applicants shall join all the course materials and complete the Livestream assessment.

Step 3.2. Livestream Activation

Subject to TikTok Shop by Tokopedia's sole and absolute discretion, shortlisted applicants may be required to conduct livestream activation with further details as notified by TikTok Shop by Tokopedia in writing (emails permitted).

Step 3.3. Exam Evaluation

Candidates will undergo exam evaluation and will have to achieve >=70% passing rate. Failing which, the shortlisted applicants do not pass the evaluation and will not be certified as a TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Live Host.

Step 4: Certification Process

All the successful applicants will receive a confirmation link to participate in the TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Star Streamer Program.
The successful applicants shall agree and accept the following agreement and guidelines:

1. TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Star Streamer Program Agreement; and
2. TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Star Streamer Program Promotional Guidelines.

Upon agreement and acceptance of the aforesaid agreement and guidelines, the successful applicants shall be certified as TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Star Streamer Program. Each Certified Trainer will be:-

1. conferred with TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Star Streamer Program Digital Certificate;
2. admitted into the TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Star Streamer Program Directory, which is available at the TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Academy; and
3. Given a membership within TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Live Host community.

D. TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Star Streamer Program Digital Certificate

TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Star Streamer Program Digital Certificate shall be valid for 12 months from the date of certification. A TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Star Streamer will receive a digital certificate which confirms that he has passed all the evaluations and has been certified.

F. Certification Renewal

For the purpose of improvements, and ensuring quality and standards of the TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Star Streamer Program, certification is valid for 12 months only. Prior to the expiration of the certification, TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Star Streamer will be notified of the renewal process. For those TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Star Streamer who want to continue renewing their certification, they need to meet the following criteria:

1. Have done at least [30] hours of live stream and have created [12] short videos in the last 12 months; and
2. Taking refreshment material learning and exam and achieve >=70% passing rate for all key knowledge modules.

TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Star Streamer Program, which does not meet renewal conditions, will be removed from the TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Star Streamer Program. If they want to retain the title, they will have to re-apply for the certification.

G. General

1. All applicants are responsible for any and all expenses incurred in applying for the certification in the TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Star Streamer Program. Applicants will not be reimbursed for any expenses incurred in making such application.
2. If there is any interference with the TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Star Streamer Program in any way, or if it is not possible to conduct the TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Star Streamer Program as TikTok Shop by Tokopedia reasonably anticipated, TikTok Shop by Tokopedia reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any applicant, or to modify these Guidelines, or to suspend, terminate or cancel the TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Star Streamer Program, as appropriate.
3. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, TikTok Shop by Tokopedia (including its respective officers, employees and agents) shall not be responsible for and exclude all liability (including those (except for death or personal injury) resulting from negligence), for any death, personal injury, or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of (i) the TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Star Streamer Program; (ii) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under TikTok Shop by Tokopedia's control); or (iii) any unauthorised access or third party interference.
4. In the event of any dispute arising from the TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Star Streamer Program, or relating to the interpretation of these Guidelines, TikTok Shop by Tokopedia's decision shall be final and binding on all parties.
5. If any of the terms herein are found to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then they shall be deleted from these Guidelines and the remaining terms shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
6. These Guidelines shall be interpreted and construed according to laws of the Republic of Indonesia and any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Guidelines, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Indonesian National Arbitration Body ("BANI") located at Wahana Graha Lt. 1&2, Jalan Mampang Prapatan No. 2, Jakarta 12760. Such arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the BANI for the time being in forces ("Rules"), which Rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into these Terms.
